soap , shampoo, conditioner meh...and it was used

The staff was attentive and personable.
The rooms had no carpet which gave a better scent to the clean rooms.
Breakfast was excellent.

waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at check in, she had a medical issue and had no back up; didn’t tell me we had to request the room to be cleaned; not enough breakfast was planned for the number of guests

They let me check in early
The elevator was wonky, the shower had mold growing on top, they put me all the way on the 3rd floor , bathroom door was too close to the door so it made big bangs when we came into the room.

absolutely beautiful. Updated very clean and spotless. Friendly staff convenient to a couple of restaurants in a bar right next door.

The location was very good for our planned activities with family.
There was noise from other guests into the evening.

Was very clean, and the staff was so nice and checked on us.
The pool area chlorine was so strong our eyes were burning. And was a little expensive for 1 Nighy. But was only option at the time.

The atmosphere of the property, when arriving was extremely comforting. The staff was incredibly kind and caring. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
there was nothing about the property that I didn’t like.

The staff was exceptional. I had some business training and the staff went above and beyond to help accommodate us and our many check ins and outs for all 30 days.
