Ive stayed hear a time before and things were good,

Dirty, charged extra, room not clean, no cable box, ac not working

They gave away one of our rooms, terrible service, very rude, argued with us, and refused to compensate us for our missing room, and cussed at us.

Room was dirty with dead bugs on the floor, wash room was not cleaned. Bed sheets where also dirty. The worst hotel I've stayed in. They also did not charge me what booking.com quoted me witch was $35 they charged me $40

I want my money back would make this any better. Nothing went right. Had to snake the drain to use the shower. the room was dirty

originally the cost and location were ideal. the mini fridge was decent with a separate door for the freezer. decent tv with cable. and the surfaces and sheets were actually clean.

There is a train that runs constantly through the day and night and with the large gaps around and under the door and around the air conditioning unit it was SO loud. During the hot day, it was almost miserable with the air conditioner not having any actual knobs or labeled settings. There were roaches bad in the bathroom. someone’s Roma and cherry tomatoes were left in the refrigerator had a cockroach or three constantly running across the tv screen. no clocks in the room which is only amplified by the lack of working plug ins. the ones that actually had power were too loose to hold a plug. only had one working plug in to charge a phone by removing the tv from the wall and plugging in behind there. and to top it off, the property charged me for the room again plus an unmentioned 50 dollar deposit. when checking out, I was informed I would need to call booking to get my money back when receiving my deposit back in cash. the most unsettling part was the sheet of paper they recorded my name and card info on that had several other people listed on it. i would include a photo of it I was able to take while they double charged me but I will not out of respect of the other folks’ confidential information. unless you’re just looking for somewhere to do drugs or live in a really tight spot, I’d avoid this place at all costs. I’m in the process of getting the transaction disputed and will be ordering a new card, just in case.

I think the oyo at 1510 s. Main st McAlester, Oklahoma is a horrible value even at $50 a night. Management is nonexistent, you can listen to everything the next room is talking about so it's never very quiet until the neighbors go to sleep then I could finally get some sleep, but then you'll most likely be woken up by either a domestic situation in the room next to yours or people yelling at each other in the parking lot sometime between 3am to 5am happened more than a few times. Then they'll drag there feet giving you the $50 security deposit back and try to explain to you in broken English that "sir the process takes a long time."

I didn't like how they steal your security deposit.
