Great hotel with convenient location.

We stayed here because we were attending an event at the GPAC. It was within walking distance to the center which was super convenient. The hotel was outstanding with a friendly courteous staff. It was clean and safe and the breakfast was an added bonus.

It was comfortable and relaxing stay at the Hampton.

It was in a decent area of the city and not to far from everything

The staff was the best from day to night shift. They were so accommodating and answered all questions and sent things I requested to my room. I loved it! They were phenomenal!

Poor quality hotel and overpriced

The location was good. The appearance of the hotel was very nice in the lobby & when we walked in it smelled great.

Our family arrived pretty late for a one night stay after driving for 14 hours . I sat down on the bed and turned on the lamp which eliminated stains on the cover that wraps around the bottom mattress . I took a closer look and pushed back the top mattress a little bit, and there were crumbs , and some hairs on the very edge between the two mattresses. … Whilst in the shower I grabbed one of the four washcloths and there was a 6 inch hair embedded through the washcloth. I grabbed a second washcloth, and there was also a hair embedded in it very noticeably . I grabbed a third washcloth, which had a lipstick stain on it. Yuck … as I mentioned it was late and I was overly exhausted and not up for making a midnight rant about all this. I pulled back the comforters, checked the top sheets and they appeared clean so we slept. I told the manager about it the next morning to which she replied. “I guess it’s time to change those out.”…… in short, even if it was just coffee stains on the bed (hopefully) it’s still something that you don’t want to see. I don’t really care about having my name on the TV screen when I walk in the room but I would like a clean washcloth & linens. I added a couple pictures of the stains on the linens, but I didn’t take pictures of the hairs on the washcloths and lipstick stain because I didn’t want to pick them back up after I threw them down on the bathroom floor.

Pleasant

Location was good.

The room was small. The shower doors had dirt and funky stuff in the roller guides. The furniture was not comfortable. The bed side tables had debris on them. Yuk.

Delightful location, pet-friendly, restaurants and dog park proximity

The location is excellent with proximity to a beautiful high-brick-wall-enclosed dog park and restaurants with patios. Uncle Goyo's was a delightful Mexican restaurant one block from the hotel. I stayed there 10 July with my little dog and was enchanted.

Two weeks later I was there with my husband and little dog and the neighborhood Germantown was having a water issue. We could only used bottled water to brush our teeth. We could flush the toilet, but no other water use was safe due to a pollution from diesel oil at the water treatment plant. The hotel responded as well as possible, but we would not have booked the room if we had known.

A good safe place to stay when you're away from home.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional, especially Krystal. Everyone displayed great customer service...they spoke, smiled and was eager to help. I liked the infused water available off the lobby area as well as the chocolate chip cookies offered.

The room initially, smelled of cigarette smoke but got better throughout the stay.

Nice friendly place to stay.

The rooms were fine, slept well but at check in there were no handicap rooms with a bar for my mother to lift herself up. 2hip surgery in last year. On the 11th electric went out at 10 pm and did not come back on till 6ish for an hour and then out again. I did not want to use my company c c but that is what was on file and with no electricity we could not change card so I had to put mine and my sisters room on my card, my husband’s business card. Other than that satisfied with stay, but my room did not get serviced. The first day our sign was out , the next two nights it was nit in door . Staff was very friendly and helpful tge evening guy helped us put the handicap bar on the toilet that we went to purchase for our stay.

I will definitely stay here again when I return for future trips.

My overall stay exceeded my expectations. It was comfortable, affordable and I felt safe. Plus the added security patrolling the parking out my at ease.

This was a great weekend getaway, and it was all thanks to Hampton Inn

The host during the night shift for both nights was fantastic! She deserves praise! I also enjoyed being able to change the temperature via the TV

Overall an enjoyable stay

The room was on the first floor, clean and modern-looking, everything worked fine. The location was very convenient. The common areas of the hotel were well kept up.

The breakfast was just OK - we were not able to locate any butter. Also when we went to check out, there were no luggage carts to be found. My wife informed the staff; I located a cart on the third floor in the meantime. I understand that guests don't always return those where they belong and I was fine with that, but my wife was miffed.
