After a tornado hit us at home, we needed a place to stay for an unforeseeable amount of time with no power or internet. I work from home so it was a necessity. I called up Residence Inn and spoke to Lisa, who was extremely helpful and professional. Not only did she work it out that we could check out at any point or extend our stay without a fee, she worked it out so we got a little off the rate due to the circumstances. She was a lifesaver when we REALLY needed one. We spoke when I checked in, and she was even more comforting and pleasant in person. During our stay, there was no remote control in the room for the TV, not a big deal these things happen, but what doesn't happen often is the amazing customer service we continued to receive from another staff member Vinnie. We called down to the front desk and at first they just brought up a replacement remote, and it did not work. Vinnie came up himself and was tech support! He restarted our modem, helped us hook up our switch to the right ports and did so while being very personable. Vinnie also helped us with a VERY late check out once our power was restored and was super accommodating. Overall, this was truthfully the best customer experience I have ever had at any hotel, and truly was unexpected. I am so grateful I chose this hotel to help us at a really difficult time. Kudos to all the staff, there were a few I did not get the names of but everyone was so nice!

The bed was a tad firmer than me or my partner like, but they were nice beds nonetheless.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very easy to interact with and professional. There was a situation that occurred while we stayed, and the staff did not let that interfere with their customer service.

Garbage's were not emptied throughout the four day stay

The hotel feels new and clean. Breakfast was great and even had GF options! Quinten, at the front desk, was really helpful! Location is nice and quiet- and is not downtown actually. We liked that the room was spacious with the kitchen!

The beds could have been more comfy. The pool needed to be heated much more- my kids were disappointed we couldn’t go swimming. We didn’t mind- but again, this hotel is not downtown Green Bay. It’s nice to be by the river though!

Staff was very Kind and social, very welcoming as we were new to the area, they recommended places to dine. The room was great we got the double queen suite and it was two rooms in one with a full kitchen and living area. Great value for the price.
