Employees are friendly. Location is great to the beach. Rooms clean

Location close to the beach and not too far from restaurants. The shuttle was helpful

Rooms are old with carpets so wasn’t the freshest scent. Breakfast wasn’t the best- eggs weren’t good, no fruit options.

Overall our stay was great.

- They had a good variety of hot breakfast, every day something different. (breakfast sandwiches, scrambled egg, thin bacon, sausage patty, boiled egg, waffle, yogurt, milk, chocolate milk, juice, coffee, cereals, granola, bagel, English muffin etc.) - The beach was about 5 min walk, the Clearwater beach center was about 20 min walk, but you could ask the valet parking guys for a golf cart ride. - The room was quiet, spacious, clean. The beds were comfortable. - There are several restaurants nearby. - There is a jetski rental place next to the hotel

We hated the valet parking, no one knows why it is necessary. It is very inconvenient and extremely expensive ($29/night). Would understand paying for beach parking, but for the guest who stay there they should NOT charge such a high rate. We stayed 7 nights, so it was very expensive.

One of the nices rooms I have had in a long time. Wish I could have stayed longer.

It was clean and very friendly. I thought it was in the beach, but it wasn’t. I still had a nice view and the beach was just a few blocks away or they would take you there in a golf cart.

I thought they had free parking, but there was a fee. Everybody does.

It was the perfect getaway. Will seek to return one day.

The stay was perfect. Laura upgraded us to a suite for our Anniversary trip and gave us an early check in, having arrived in the morning and even offered us a bottle of wine to celebrate. The location was close to the Beach. Everything was perfect.

I wasn't expecting a $25/night Valet fee but that isn't unexpected anymore at hotels.

Horrid, we will not return!

The staff had no clue what they were doing. They messed my check in up. I had only been at the beach maybe 10 minutes and had to pick my entire family us to go back because they locked us out of our room and wouldn’t let us in until we put a new card on file.

Great service, location and appearance of property and very close to many attractions ,restaurants

Breakfast was great the variety is the only one thing might be improved, facility was great very clean and spacious, great location within walking distance from to all activities and the beach of Clearwater.

Poor facilities, thin walls- we heard fights, children screaming and some people on their phone

Overall the stay was great: the beach was amazing, the staff was welcoming, and the hotel was very nice.

I liked the receptionist that checked us in, he was incredibly helpful. I think his name was Josh.

They have a policy that you can’t check in if you’re under 21, but there was no barrier stoping me from buying the non-refundable tickets. If I had been visiting from another country I would’ve been left without a place to stay and short $600. They should really add some alert that comes up saying “warning: you’re under 21, you won’t be able to check into your room” before buying the tickets online.

Asmir was a wonderful valet, very personable and would go out of his way to make sure customers were accommodated. Property was very clean and close to the beach.
