We went outside and saw like 30 deer

Was unable to see out of one of the windows in the living room.

Would not stay again unless new mattresses were provided during check-in

Our toilet was broke and one of the rooms, the light switches had issues working, and the water heaters were so small you could barely heat a tub of water became cold after 5 minutes of drawing water, The worst part about it though was the beds The beds are extremely uncomfortable mattresses they need updated they are screaming for help so is my back and my wife's

The mattresses need updated maintenance needs to do a good going over of all properties as far as toilets lights etc

Well, I love this resort but the main bathroom had a hole in the wall. The bathtub faucet was wobbly and the front door had signs of being broken into! It is an old wonderful place, but many of the cabins need upgrades.

It feels like home literally

Hi everyone, this place is excellent if you want to run away from noise and why not people. It’s located in the middle of the nature, a beautiful lake , dears, birds, etc I just couldn’t see a bear but I’m hoping next time. I can’t wait to come back. The chalet is so comfy , I was so sad to leave “home” to go back home . I recommend 1,000% you will regret if you don’t go.

my family had an excellent time. it was my second time staying and their first… they enjoyed it and love the environment

I like the chalets remind me of a tree house.

the first night my original chalet door would not open, but the property manager found me another unit right away

they charge me 464 dollars to stay feo 3 days

the only thing I like it about was that it had a cover deck

the villar was different from what I always rent from then.The internet was not connected they charge me double the price to stay. Also the recreational area was not that warm the water of the pool was cool the TV need to be upgraded 😞the cough was ripped

Great value, perfect location

I love that it is almost a home away from home with all the amenities. Very easy to book. The location is amazing, so close to everything and plenty to do. The place needs some updates but for the cost, it's a good value

I absolutely hate that check-in is at 7PM!!!!! I've never heard of that, especially when check out is at 10AM!!!!

Completely Unpleasant

The surrounding environment was beautiful

The chalet was extremely old and furnished as such. It was literally from the 70s. The rec room was a mess and many items missing or broken. And the staff was the worst. They were impossible to talk to, didn't respond to phone calls and emails and we're extremely rude at checkout. When I got there, there wasn't even a room reserved for me with the location. They claimed they didn't have my reservation. And then wanted to collect a security fee at check out.

Was a good stay, enjoyed the falls which was really close.

I love the area. Not much of a night life, But the hiking and landscape is great. As for eagle village. It was sad to see such a place that at one time had to have been awesome! It's been allowed to run down, Not much has been put back into it. If your wanting 5star accomadations, It's not for you. Was clean! had a great stay otherwise.

The condition of the house. the fact that the rest of the main property was run down and, the grounds were in need of attention.
