I love the friendly staff, the comfortable bed, spacious room, and breakfast.

Good location. Spacious rooms. But needs a good clean!

Some of the staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was very decent. Rooms are spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Room had blops of food on the carpet. Room had a weird smell when you open the door. Place could do with a good cleanup. Breakfast tables are sticky (not all of them, I moved twice). Staff take up the parking right in front of the door, which makes checking in with a lot of luggage difficult hauling stuff up and down the parking lot. I had to walk three times.

I loved the energy of my room, very comforting!

I really enjoyed my brief stay. Unfortunately I had to leave earlier than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. I will definitely be back!!

Beautiful hotel and helpful staff

I loved the cinnamon roll. Super fast check in. Helpful and friendly staff.

It's a bit pricey for me. I can't stay at Holiday Inn often.

I booked a room in April for May told me day of travel ,5 hours into a 5 hour trip, not available but did give me two other rooms I in place then charged me more. Manager did make it right later. It felt like a scam. Shower was dirty

Great location for the reason we were in town (Apologetics Conference First Baptist N. Augusta).

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable rooms, free parking, close to restaurants, gas stations, and Walmart.

Price for rooms during this period seemed somewhat high.

Breakfast ok and location good being closest to the venue we were working event.

The price was outrageous as this hotel does blocks of rooms for our venue location and would not acknowledge same as we were working for the performing group.

we were there looking for houses in Aiken and North Augusta, so we were in and out of the hotel frequently

It was ok . The beds were very comfortable and great location

It was Christmas Day so they didn’t have a full breakfast but I can understand that. The next day was ok but I got my own breakfast elsewhere. Love the location and front desk staff was very nice and friendly.

It was a hole in the ceiling on the 3rd floor and the noise. The soap and shampoo were not filled in the bathroom,but I went and bought my own.
