部屋が綺麗、清潔、ベッドが快適、ロビーも綺麗、ウェルカムコーヒーが美味しい、朝食の質が良い、朝早いシャトルバスが便利で運転手さんも親切、バスタブ付きの部屋があるのが良い。受け付け係が親切。清掃係の従業員が丁寧に挨拶してくれる。近くに歩いて行ける飲食店が多い。

バスルームの扉のハンドル部分が危険。扉のハンドルを握って閉めるときに扉の枠との間に指が挟まれる。扉は重いが開閉の動きは軽いので、とても危険。子供だと指の骨が折れる可能性がある。今回、家族3人全員が指を挟んた。私は、人差し指に血豆ができた。早急に対策した方が良い。

Superb Cleanliness, very nice hotel. Only thing is I asked for extra wash cloth the evening of my arrival and again the next morning and never received it.

The pool was so dirty we couldn’t swim and the fire pit was never turned on. The guy working at the front desk wasn’t the friendliest.

Great facility and staff, stay there!⁸

Great facilities, the staff were extremely helpful, helping us with a connection for a tour and printing our boarding passes. The room and breakfast was great and they recommended a great dinner spot and the staff shuttle took us there and back, because my 95 yr old mother was unable to walk that far. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location, and breakfast.

The breakfast was fantastic. It had enough variety for everyone. The location was perfect in walking distance to where I wanted to go.

Good value for a nice hotel in no-frills surroundings

For Charleston, whose central shopping district was little more than a 15-minute drive away, this place was a real bargain: about a third the price of a downtown hotel.

Its generic commercial surroundings. A garden district this was not. On the other hand for fans of fast food and TopGolf… not so bad.

Won't let that happen again...

Breakfast was okay. Coffee was good. Available bottled water excellent. Lot of choices.

We were offered a very expensive room 120, right next to the back door which banged & shook the walls all day & up till 2:00 am. as it was a well-used exit/entrance. Very little sleep available. 2-day stay wasn't worth that top price.

Solid hotel

Beds and room were comfy. Breakfast at 6am was good for people here on business or interviews or early appointments. Shuttle one way to airport free. Lyft from airport paid for on arrival because shuttle wasn't available.

I could hear neighbors in the next room pretty easily. I wore earplugs to sleep early. Not terrible but I was hoping for better sound insulation with the price I paid.

Above expectations

Breakfast was wonderful with nice hot food. Really enjoyed the oatmeal and sausage links. My daughter loved the waffle station and variety of flavors. Honestly, this property went above and beyond in being gracious and helpful. All the staff were amazing and friendly and seemed to care about what they did. The place was clean and we had great sleep. The shuttle driver was super busy, but always patient and kind. Would definitely stay here again and again.

I wish the scrambled eggs were real, but I get that it is hard to provide daily. I also didn't love the pillows... they need more support, but that is also personal preference. No other complaints at all!

Stay close to Airport

Great location for traveling to/from Charleston Int’l Airport. They provide parking for a fee and have a free shuttle available- couldn’t have been easier!

disappointing

The only thing I liked was that the hotel was clean.

I booked on Booking for $160.66, but the night receptionist withdrew $170 from my card and I was accommodated in a smaller room, although the room I booked was larger than the square foot. With the advice of my friends, I chose this hotel because I constantly travel to Charleston, but I left the hotel very unhappy

Fabulous place to stay

Centrally located, close to the airport, restaurants and the Tanger Outlet mall. Hotel also provides a shuttle bus that will take you anywhere in a five mile radius. Breakfast was great, room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly , but a big shout out to Sylvia who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a good one

Great Value for a Lovely Hotel

This hotel was a nice find. It is very nicely maintained and the rooms, lobby and pool area were much nicer than I expected them to be. The breakfast in the morning was great, and the area it was located in had many shops and restaurants. We were only here overnight for a soccer game, but I would definitely stay again.

The hotel seemed pretty clean overall and it was nice to have complimentary bottled water whenever needed going back and forth.

Curtains don’t close all the at forcing you to see the lights from buildings across the street flash into your room. Noisy rooms above and around us throughout the night.

Property was close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean we loved the outside fire pit. The rooms were very spacious.

We asked for the housekeeper to clean up our rooms and fresh towels. They put the fresh towels in there and didn’t clean the room

We had a very positive stay and highly recommend especially if traveling with children.

We had a great stay at this location. Hotel is clean, bright and smells good. The breakfast was very good and complete. Glad they offered roasted potatoes and hot oatmeal, since I can't eat bread. Hot drinks selection was very good too especially to wind down at night.

It is a little bit of a drive to downtown Charleston (20 minutes), but would definitely stay here again if I come back!

Last minute, clean and restful stay

The property was super clean. As I walked through the doors, the the hotels front lobby smelt so good. The receptionist was so sweet. The room was clean and new.

The continental breakfast was out super early, by 8:30 they were out of lot of stuff and the seating area was super packed.
