Perfect for three senior ladies after touring The Everglades

Convenient location quiet neighborhood plenty of room for three senior ladies particularly nice to have two bathrooms

Nothing to not like about the property there was some confusion with street names being all numbers with multiple endings (street, Avenue, terrace, passage)

This place is in a nice secured area that is clean and very nice. Since we dive along, we will definitely be looking to book here again in the near future.

Great place to stay if you want to explore the Everglades, Miami and the Florida Keys with your family. Spacious clean h

It is a clean and spacious house in a nice area close to both the Everglades and the Florida Keys. Everything you need is available in the house.

It would have been nice to have some more space outside. That is possible on the balcony (or in a nearby park) but it is a bit small.

This was a great spacious clean propery for our stay.

It was a well appointed town home. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, dinnerware and even some spices. Our adult kids loved having a washer and dryer to use. Beds were comfortable in both rooms. Having extra bathroom and 1/2 bath was wonderful for getting ready with 4 adults. It was very clean. door code was great with it closing and locking behind us. Neighborhood was quiet, It was a great location for us to visit around the area plus Miami. This was an exceptional value for the money that is charged. Thank you, Howard and Pauline

Not much. Didn't care for lights on nite stands in master bedroom. Hard to read a book. We were missing a can opener in the kitchen. Easy fix. We picked one up at Walmart! Light above range was burnt out. Hard to see when cooking. Other than that , no issues!!

location

a/c thermostat was locked @ 79 degrees for 3 hours after our arrival. owner finally provided pin code for me to unlock the thermostat and lower the temp to a bearable range. also the internet did not work upon arrival. the internet cable to the router had been unplugged from the wall. in p/c with owner, this issue was discovered and fixed.

Specius hometown perfect for travelers family's. We stayed in there and explored the everglayds and the key's. It was perfect for us.

Great Home Away From Home

It;'s a great place to stay for families. It has all the amenities of home.

The property is in a great location for the attractions that we visited. Quick access to Key Largo. The property is well stocked, spacious for our family of 4, with comfortable furnishings. We did have to contact the owners and the interactions were very positive and helpful.

We have no complaints with the property.
