This is our new go-to place to stay in Kihei

The property is just perfect! Everything we needed and more. The oceanfront view was paradise! Will come back time and time again! Management was very nice and answered any questions we had quickly.

I can’t say anything negative about this property. Excellent stay!

paradise!

I loved everything about this property! the ocean view is breathtaking, the atmosphere of relax and the beautiful sounds of the waves and birds chirping in the morning made this stay very special.. the apartment is decorated with lots of love and details, it has everything anyone may need - board games, water boards, the whole kitchen and cooking equipment, becautiful garden and pool outside and this lovely beach just in front. absolutely the best place I’ve ever stayed. I hope to be back sooner than later! it was worth travelling half a planet to be there!

Beautiful view of the ocean, quiet, nice pool looking out to the ocean. This is our second time staying at this property and we hope to be back!!

good place

Great view was the best part. When we arrived the curtains were open and the air conditioning was not turned on so it was brutally hot and never cooled off. To the managements credit they did get us a couple of fans and refunded some of our money.

Area was great place was comfortable.

Location was good.

AC unit in the bedroom. Windows needed to stay open since there was no AC and it was loud outside. People leaving early and arriving late. Unit was comfortable but a little outdated.

Loved the location, right on the ocean, very short walk to the beach. Property well maintained, good parking. Would come back on a future trip.

Ceiling fans only work on low and provide no cooling. Air conditioning was blocked by couch and table so no air flow to the bedroom. Floor’s on arrival was not cleaned well from previous guests.

I love how close to the ocean it is and the balcony is outstanding to watch the sunsets

The cleanliness was mediocre. I asked for 2 more towels and couldn’t get them. There were stains on the pullout bed and they aren’t very helpful.

A lot worse than pictures

Location - close to everything yet away from crowded streets. Plenty of off-street parking. Ocean View.

The place was very dirty and “tired”. Literally everything was dirty including walls and ceilings, cabinet doors in the kitchen, bathroom vent with piles of dust in it. The furniture in the living room is a hundred years old. The fridge and AC are horribly loud. Cheap bad quality dishes/utensils/pots. Same with soap, toilet paper, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was exactly what we needed. The balcony was our most favorite part of the apartment. We were able to see the amazing sunsets. A bonus was also watching the whales from the balcony. Every morning we were anxious to grab a cup of coffee and sit out there taking in all the beauty.

The floors could have been a little cleaner. We don't wear our shoes in our home so we also didn't wear them inside the apartment. Our socks were pretty dirty by the end of the day. Also, the tv remote wouldn't allow you to back up. You had to go through all the stations to get back to where you wanted to be. It was just a small hiccup since we didn't come to Maui to watch TV.
