Not so great

We loved the location. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

House was very musty smelling. A lot of the plumbing fixtures are loose. There were dead ants everywhere. The pool area is run down, and there are holes in the screen around it where mosquitos got into the pool area. The bathroom by two bedrooms smelled bad. The garage with games that is depicted in the booking pictures was locked off and was not able to be used. The jacuzzi at the pool was not heated unless you want to pay an extra fee.

in a lovely quiet suburban area

The property had not been cleaned, beds had not been made up, bins not emptied, crumbs all over the kitchen work surfaces and the carpets were filthy, with black marks.

Location everything was close by

The house was Filthy! No Maintenance what so ever! Bathrooms were dirty, pool wasn’t usable, the floor rug was filthy dirty, all beds feelt like they were going to break, mattresses were impossible to sleep in and you couldn’t feel the A/C so it was impossible to get a good night sleep! I’ve been using Booking.com for years and you can believe I would never trust you again after a house like that and obviously Nobody is going to do Nothing About It! Only positive great location but if i was the owner of that house I would never try to rent it in that condition! Have some pride in your product!

It was okay with a few disappointments.

The property is close to Disney World and various restaurants.

Dishwasher was not working. We had to wash dishes starting the second day after building dirty dishes. There no instructions to use the whirlpool. That was a big disappointment.

Nice pool

The pool was nice but the chlorine made my skin itch. The living room areas were nice.

The air conditioning wasnt cool enough. There were ants in our shower/ bathroom. The beds were broken down.

it should be updated and deep cleaned thoroughly.. bathrooms smelled.. old squeaking beds.. white bedding should be a must but overall stay was a great time :)

We truly enjoyed staying here. Would do it again and recommend to friends and family.

Need some instructions for operating the hot tub. Everything else had instructions garbage roll carts etc. , but mothing for the hot tub. Also shouldn't leave the water hose running cold water into the pool when customer pays extra for heating the pool. We truly enjoyed staying here. Would do it again and recommend to friends and family.

Labor Day week stay

Everything else! The floorplan was great, loved having the pool. The location was just right, near Orlando but just enough away from the busyness of Disney.

The beds really need new mattresses, and the pool chair cushions have mildew and should be cleaned or replaced.

Fabulous

Private and quiet which is why we returned. We really like the property. Fairly close to everything. Beds are comfortable. We had a great time and will be returning for a third year.

Pool screen has many holes in it, lots of leaves and frogs in the pool. A solar blanket would help and would also help keep the pool warm.
