Nice family get away if you don’t mind excessive crowds

-location was perfect - big pool - 24/7 staff for safety - a lot of to do w/ in walking distance - Pineapple willy - entertainment at pool - food & drink at pool

- not enough pans in kitchen literally couldn’t make anything frozen in oven bc no baking sheets!!! Bought food couldn’t make it - dryer didn’t work to dry towels - pool was excessively crowded & couldn’t get a chair - beach was excessively crowded had to walk down 2 condos to find open beach area bc of all of the tents set up - Thank goodness we were on 5 th floor bc we only used stairs - elevators were never available

I enjoyed the resort amenities and beach access. Also, the location was excellent.

IIt was hard to navigate my way to the 10th level of the parking garage due to the narrow, 2 way lanes.

Loved Our Stay Except the Cochroaches

We loved the location. We loved the layout of the unit. We loved loved loved the parking location. The three bathrooms were perfect after a long day at the beach. The unit was large enough to easily accommodate our large family.

When we entered the unit it smelled horrible due to the oven being left in self clean. The floor next to the island was so sticky our shoes stuck to the floor. We purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the floor before unpacking. The worst thing was the cochroaches. We found two in the center bathroom. As I attempted to use the coffee pot and pulled it from the wall I found one run behind the co2 detector plugged into the wall. I removed the detector and found several more. I removed the battery cover and found even more roaches. After killing the ones I found I wrapped the co2 detector in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer hoping to kill any hiding inside. Before we left I removed the detector from the freezer but left it in the plastic bag.

Relaxing

We loved the view!!! The pool was amazing and great to have access to the beach!

The bunk beds were broken so my kids didn't even get to sleep in them. The master bedroom had water damage on the ceiling where the water sprinkler was and you could clearly see the mold growing. I called 2 times about the problems and no one ever came. The fact that you have to pay extra to park in a spot you already paid to stay in and to be at the pool and have access to the beach is crazy. You already pay enough to stay at the facility so why do you havebto pat extra for something that should come with that price onto of people holding chairs and not even being down at the pool when the rules clearly states not to hold chairs unless your at the chair or table being used or held.. And most of the elevators stayed broken the whole week we was there.

The landscaping was gorgeous. The pool and hot tub were great. The ocean is gorgeous!!!

Party central for young kids. Not family friendly

It was beachfront that’s about it.

The elevators horrible. The parking deck horrible. The young kids partying and being loud all night so obnoxious. The crowded beachfront and pool constantly! Could never get a seat at the pool unless you go at like before 10am

It was overall wonderful.

The pool was beautiful. The property was perfect for my family. The were quick to fix the AC.

The pool was freezing cold! The AC didn’t work the first night. One of the elevators by our room didn’t work.

Our room stayed full of dew. My mom phone charging port got messed up because of it. When it rained it came in under the door.We only had one parking space but it tells us in the email we could park in an empty space if we had an extra car. My room slept 8-9 ppl the company should know we couldn’t fit in one car. I will never stay here again. I had to pay $60 for our wrist bands. It’s a lot of hidden things with vacasa.

the condo and the view

it had nothing to do with vasaca it was shores of Panama. I received my confirmation the day before we left from shores of Panama giving me my room code and where to get my parking pass. nothing about paying 50.00 for armbands and parking pass. we arrived i gave them the room number and he wrote me out a parking pass. I ask about our armbands he said they were in the room this was a shores of Panama employee and said to park on the 9th floor. I ask do we have carts on our floor the security guard said u will need to leave your driver's license with him and unload our luggage there. then bring the cart back and i could get my driver's license back. this was awful and very inconvenient. I have never stayed at a resort like this. my worst nightmare. no numbers in the room to call for help with anything.
