A Great Time at Ocean Villa

The room size, the view and the easy check in process. The price was affordable and worth the stay

The staff who stated he was over thw other worker whoworked in the parking area was really rude. He threatened to call the police because we were rearranging our belongings in the vehicle after we checked out. He treated my daughters and I very disrespectful. He also insuated that we were not staying there just using the parking area. I was very disappointed in him because our stsy was great beforw that encounter

Nice condo

Beautiful views. Comfortable bed's, easy elevator access Sunrise Cafe is across the street. The Hot tub,and steam room is awesome

Room 706 needs touched up some. Toilet didn't always flush. Front door needs fixed

Not as it was pictured on site.

I have already sent a review to host. But I contacted them as soon as I got there. The curtain in living room had been torn off the wall and was in closet. So, you couldn't sit on couch without sitting in sun and couldn't see the tv for the glare. Also, the carpet was quite dirty. There was stuff on kitchen tile I cleaned up with paper towel, so it wasn't never mopped. All the vents were so dirty. And they offered to move us but one we didn't know if it would be better or worse. And we only had 5 days we didn't want to pack everything back up then unpack every. The pictures on website looked allot nicer than what we got. So, a little misleading. It showed a table on deck. So, we had Planned to have dinner out there. But of course, ours had no table. Oh, and the first shower I had to use plunger on tub in front bathroom to get it to drain. At that point I texted the management company and told then I felt I should get a partial refund. Of course, I have heard nothing from them. I paid a $200 cleaning fee, and someone is being grossly overpaid for what they do. Then lastly, I dropped something, and it went under bed. Let's just say it's been a long time since it was clean under. I know I sound like a clean freak but I'm not. Under my bed may look the same. But when it is someone else dirt it is kind of gross. I didn't want or expect them to clean carpet while I was there. But as bad as it was, I am shocked they rent it that way. I sent them pictures of all of it because they requested it. But that is really not my job when I am on vacation. I would have much rather spent my time take pictures of the gulf.

The complex was clean.

the condo was very outdated. The door would not lock when we arrived, they had to come fix it. The cleaning lady arrived at 3:15 Pm and check in was supposed to be 4:00 pm. We waited out in the heat until 4:45.

Overall we had a great experience

The view was absolutely amazing we stayed on the 22nd floor and you could see everything. The room was newly remodeled and it was everything that we could ask for at a great price especially for a holiday weekend

Excellent view. Good experience!

Room 706. Huge balcony with incredible view. Right on the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella service was handy. Pool area had plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. Elevators were reasonably fast. Ample parking with small garage attached to building and larger lot across the street. Couches in condo were comfy. Kitchen had the basic requirements. Plenty of towels, linens, blankets and pillows.

Balcony furniture was cheap and uncomfortable and there was no table for outside dining. Beds were too firm and not comfortable. Seemed like cheap mattresses. We only had a single role of toilet paper in each bathroom. No second role, which is typically standard. Carpet needs to be cleaned.

It was a nice property. Served its purpose.

It was a nice room minus the damaged items.

Remote batteries for tv were dead. Window shade in master bedroom were broken and missing curtain rod and curtains. Refrigerator tray was broken. Communication was difficult when I had questions. no explanations of which remotes were for what. No direction as to where to take trash to.

My stay was hot & miserable

The location waking up to an ocean view. The layout of the condo was great! Access to the pools. Loved being on the 4th floor. We had towels & linen that was needed. The people that I interacted with were nice very helpful.

Well, if the air worked it would have made our visit MUCH better. The floors were FILTHY. I had to wipe my granddaughters feet off before getting in bed, AFTER taken a bath. I did not get the beds that I thought I was getting. (I have proof) It said I would be getting a king size bed 2 full & 1 sofa bed. I got 2 full size in each room & sofa bed. If more people were coming we would have been more messed up than what we were. It was told that I would get reimbursed for the fans I bought & also for the inconvenience of the air not working. $ 280? I am not looking for all of my money back but, $280? You should think about YOUR mom driving 6 hours & paying almost 3K for a condo with NO air in the month of July.

stay was great but customer service was lacking, they didn’t follow up with their promise and fix our unit

location and it was cleaner than most

blinds in the front bedroom broken and left zero privacy, oven eye broken with wires sticking out, kitchen light struggled to stay on …called facility upon arrival when I discovered these issues and I was told someone would contact me and be there to fix the blinds and no one showed up. i had my 16 year old daughter in that room and she had zero privacy. we had to put a sheet over the window

Love the Panama City beaches

Loved the ocean view. The beds were really comfortable. Access to the building and parking were easy and we felt very safe there. The water was always hot and the AC some of the best I have ever experienced.

Unfortunately the balcony furniture was awful so spent much less time on the balcony than we would have. The kitchen was an odd assortment of pots and pans that were shedding their non stick coating and I would suggest they be replaced.

View and location

Condo maintenance very poor. Room was clean. Wasn't worth 3k to stay for a week. O and dont forget to pay extra to park. On site that was a extra 25$ fee for a parking pass that I feel that should have been part of the 3k that I payed.

Passable

The location is perfect. The balcony was large and the couches were comfy. We weren't bothered by security or building staff. The elevators though 1000 degrees were pretty fast. The cookout area and pool was nice. Beach access was right there and that was awesome!

The floors were so so so gross. The beds were like sand paper even sleeping on the top sheet. It has that rolled lint all over it like an old sweater if that makes sense. The dishes didn't seem clean especially the silverware and such. The biggest issue for me was the balcony furniture. There was plastic lawn chairs and thats it. Not even a single little side table? We ended up fighting over the two foldable chairs we brought. The kitchen stove is a serious hazard. The eyes do not fit the drip pans and the pan almost fell off the stove several times. For the amount of money I paid I expected much better. The floors being so nasty as a first impression sucked. We were only given one parking pass, I had to pay for a second one. The staff handled it professionally but it was still an inconvenience as I had to literally chase down the building manager.

Pretty nice property if a few items are repaired and replaced

We prepared meals at property. The kitchen lacked pans and nice dishes

All properties I've booked in past had a completely stocked kitchen. Matching plates, Bowls, saucers. Same for cooking items, pots and pans. We had to make due. Also the screens on patio were in need of repair

We enjoyed our stay even with the small issues. Condo had no number on the door, we guessed

view of beach, great location to restaurants overall convenience

Parking passes were not there. I called several vacasa phone numbers to find out what to do. Finally got a nice lady who told me maintenance would be there within 60 minutes. Nope did not show up until next day to get TV working in living room. He came while we were gone and still no parking passes at all to this date. Would recommend some instructions for televisions and a list of channels. No number on room door. Condo vents full of dust. Guest bath
