Great view, like the large balcony

It was enjoyable besides the issues mentioned above. Maintenance/cleaning could very well take care of those issues.

Well it was very nice, location was great, the rooms where clean nice and comfortable.

Well , there where some things that I saw that could be repaired , and maybe I missed it on the website that they were a time share, and was surprised when we were asked to switch rooms. It was a little unsettling when we got comfortable in the first room and then have to pack everything up and move. As for the repairs the first room 501 the shower head in the master bathroom, the water sprayed out over the shower curtain toward the sink. We put a wash cloth over it to keep it from doing so. The second room, 403, the shower head sprayed up into the ceiling and looked like it may have been that way for some time and we did the same thing there also the vents were very rusty. I feel it took away from the rest of the rooms when everything else was very clean , just saying. The vent in the second bathroom was molded as well. If the bathrooms aren’t very well taken care of, how does that speak for the rest of the house? The table in living room was dirty black around the edge I cleaned them with a towel and it came of fairly easy. The final night we were there, the guests either above, below, or beside us were on their balcony pretty late into the night talking and laughing very loudly and we heard fireworks very close to our resort both nights.

Great location and amenities for a vacation getaway!

The location was perfect! Great ocean view and easy to get around the area.

The rooms where nice and big. I love a nice firm mattress but other than that it was good.

The mattress was to soft and no one was on staff. Everything was done by phone and lock boxes that had the code already in when we arrived.

the property was ok . but inside of the resort which was my room was very comfy , came with all the appliances great view of the ocean i would definitely recommend and j would definitely stay again and again this will always be a resort i would stay at .

For the price, I would pay the extra $100 to stay at a real resort.

The beds were comfortable.

Property details on booking.com was very deceiving and not at all like it was described. No office on site. It was confusing to have to find the lockbox with room keys. No one to pick up trash. Parking for handicap was limited up to 4 vehicles. I am a disabled veteran and it was inconvenient to park across the street. The jacuzzi/hot tub outside was always dirty and very unsanitary. Room had a few discrepancies, such as a broken glass coffee carafe spout, broken electrical sockets, broken lamp fixture that fell off if the lamp was turned on or off, etc. This place should not be called a “resort,” as it does not have the amenities a resort has (i.e. dish soap, extra toilet paper, Kleenex tissue, extra trash bags for kitchen, shampoo, conditioner, broom/vacuum, hair dryer, etc.). If a total stranger didn’t assist with info that keys had to be returned to lockbox, I would not have known. (This same person was the one that showed me where the lockbox was from the beginning). If rated on a scale between 1 and 10, it would be a 5/6.

We enjoyed our stay; exceptional weather! Condo needs some updates/upgrades but all in all it was worth the money!

it was fun, but air would have been nice to have and for sure a toilet that flushed.

our air didn’t work and one of our toilets didn’t flush. we called maintenance and never received a call back.

We had a leak coming from two floors up but was fixed quickly! Sink in the kitchen that the water won’t drain out!

Large room space great view comfortable beds quiet place seeing they only have 4 units per floor with only 10 floors. I will definitely stay here again. Good value for the money !

Could not use the chaise lounge chairs at the pool due to covid! That's really all I have to complain about!
