Comfy, well-appointed cabin in a laid back area with beach access and a short drive to restaurants and shops.
Spacious cabin with gas fireplace and comfy beds. The fenced yard was convenient since we were traveling with our dog, and the fire pit in the yard was a nice touch though we didn’t end up using it. A lovely short walk to the beach access point which had pleasantly low foot traffic during our stay (Mon-Weds in late June)
The beds were very high and the main bed frame had a bulky wooden support on the side that my partner painfully ran into several times getting in and out of bed. My partner is short and was navigating a broken ankle so it might not be as much of an issue for other people. I had no problem with it.

Did not match description.
It was cute and furniture was sturdy. It was mostly clean. Cute little neighborhood, close to the beach.
There were less beds than promised and shown in pics. I checked ahead to make sure there was a bathtub and was guaranteed there was a "full bath". There is a VERY small shower stall only. Because of these reasons, the property did not work for us. Thankfully, Vacasa had excellent customer service and switched us to a place that worked for our stay.

I thought it was OK, My wife DID NOT.
location is great, quiet neighborhood, cute yard, kitchen was sufficient. Did not use the range. TV good, Heat/AC good. The beach is beautiful.
Getting in and out of the bed is difficult over the 2x6 frame around the mattress. It reminded me of a 1970's water bed. The mattress itself was OK. The couch has seen better days. Nice big bathroom. Very small shower stall. Pictures are deceiving and distance to beach does not include the 4 block walk to the entrance of beach (no parking at beach entrance).

Puppies’ first visit to the beach
Our ten year old basset hounds had never seen the ocean before this trip! They loved it! The place was well kept and nice for a small family! The yard was beautiful, with cherry trees and a crab apple tree, a fire pit and chairs. Bikes were available in the guest shed and were fun to take around the neighborhoods! You could hear the ocean at night if you opened the master bedroom window! Just a short five minute walk to the beach access, or a ten minute walk to the Laurel St. and Neptune access which is a much easier decline down to the beach (for those older or athletically challenged like us). The property is fenced in on all sides so we had no worries when taking our dogs out in the middle of the night! This little area of Gleneden Beach is WAY less populated than the Lincoln City ten miles north. We loved this! Oh and down Stevens st. There is a lookout on the ocean that is not super populated! We spent most of our nights walking down to this and watching the waves.
The neighborhoods are beautiful, but it does seem like some neighbors would prefer vacationers not stay in the area. They are not mean about it at all, but some have signs that say “Neighborhoods, Not Vacation Rentals”.

Feels like home
Very homey feeling. Great little house that is pet friendly. Has board games, which we used and kids loved. Lots of extras here and well furnished. We did run into a small issue and it was taken care of ASAP. Pricing is very reasonable for the weekend as well. Beach is just down the road and the Lincoln city outlets are only minutes away. Location is great. Two food places just around the corner, walking distance. Tv has great surround sound system for watching movies. Our family had a great stay!
If you have a small dog the fence in yard does have some small holes they could get out of, so you’ll have to keep an eye out.
