We loved the views from the back deck.

We loved the location and the view!

The floor had not been swept and we found dog hair and dust all in the floor. There was a smell in the cabin when we got there. It almost smelled like pet urine. It wasn’t so bad that we hated the place. The cabin was charming and the beds were clean and comfortable. Everything was neat, it just did not have a “clean” smell like someone had cleaned it very well. However, we enjoyed our stay.

Average needing attention. Owner starting to look like a slum lord if place is not being updated.

We have rented this place even before the current owner. We are friends with the neighbor. Took her out to dinner.

Not as clean as it should of been. crumbs under chairs and couch. The gas stove needs attention, Burner has issues and the room air fan was very dirty. I cleaned it. The window needs attention, I had to tap on the valve to get the unit to come on. Wife cleaned all handles and coffee table made the rag dirty like it had not been wiped. Dust on the end wicker table that has been there for a long time. Rug had left over items and was not clean. Out dated furniture and not comfortable. Cabinets need attention , The place needs a makeover for the price being charged. I rented the place in better condition for $500 for the 3 nights.

Great location. Lovely fire pit.

Cleanliness issues. Both vacuum cleaners broken and no mop. No counter spray or disinfectant. Toilet had issues. No facial tissues. Mildew in washer. Spider webs and dust. Peeling wallpaper and chipped paint. Crumbs and dirt in the kitchen cabinets and drawers. Kitchen supplies for cooking are pretty low. The cabin needs a thorough cleaning and update. We left a day early.

Beautiful view with terrible up-front customer service.

Lovely beach view and access to the beach

The booking experience was terrible. The additional fees/taxes were not displayed until after we submitted credit card information. We were not given the opportunity to terminate the transaction, instead we were charged nearly double the fee posted. We followed directions by contacting Booking.com, Vacasa, and the hosts. Booking.com sent us to Vacasa and Vacasa sent us to the hosts...who did not reply for over a week and then said it was too late! We wrote again, and again the hosts failed to respond until the day of our arrival. They offered a refund of the rental fee but not the additional fees, again stating that too much time had passed. The cabin is dated but acceptable...but with the add the full amount paid. Because of the lack of responsiveness of the hosts and the lack of concern from Vacasa about the circumstances...we will not return and offer caution to those who choose to book using this site.
