Overall, it was just OK for a short trip to the beach, but don't expect too much, it's overpriced

The upper level of the home was beautiful, the ceiling is amazing! Enjoyed the full wrap-around deck as it offered a nice view of Pacific City and the ocean. Master bed was quite comfortable.

The lower level is in serious need of some upgrades and the carpeting on that level was pretty dirty. The stairway leading up to the 2nd level is quite steep and not ideal for little kids and folks w/ health issues like ortho/respiratory. Overall, for the price that they charge, it's reasonable to expect more 'luxury' - the bathroom/kitchen linens were minimal and cheap, as well as the paper towels, TP, no kleenex. Kitchen items also need serious upgrade - hodgepodge of items, many of which need to be tossed out and cleaning staff need to check ALL cooking items for cleanliness - had to SCRUB the cookie sheets and found a pitcher w/ mold. Couch and chair in the living room need a good upholstery cleaning. Finally, the TV system and cable were very difficult to figure out and I gave up and watched movies on my laptop. Oh, the deck needs some comfortable deck chairs to be able to enjoy that view!

Not good. A refund is needed

The view was great

The house was musty and not clean. Dust was on some areas the mattress had stains on it. The upstairs tv did not work. I only stay one night and checked out early. People should also that the downstairs carpets are stained. The second you open the downstairs had a musty so my daschund and I stayed upstairs. It was not a healthy situation. We checked out the next day. I should only be charged for one night.

There was hair on the sheets and towels. The DVD players didn’t work. There were multiple lights burnt out including porch light.

We WILL be back very soon! The perfect house

we loved the view all the amenities, the "comfy homey" feeling. Just felt like we were home. We had everything we needed.

The TV has too many remotes, we couldn't get the DVD player to work, which this is NO BIG DEAL at all but the convenience of maybe having just one remote would be great.

It was cute and very secluded.

The house is cute, the bedrooms are on 2 separate levels and there's separate controls for heat for each floor. This is definitely the type of house you rent where you bring your own food as there's not much in town for restaurants, especially during the pandemic. It has a cute 70s charm to it and the view on the balcony is gorgeous. There's also 2 pull outs and we loved that they were pet friendly. I have no use for it but there's a wheelchair lift on the stairs that could be useful for the right family that might need it.

There's no TVs in the bedrooms so I tried to sleep on the pull out and that mattress wasn't remotely comfortable. The oven is very small.

The view was amazing

The dishwasher stunk like fish and there was standing water in it. Carpet down stairs was stained. The house could use some updating. Next time I would bring my own pots and pans

Overall good house

Overall beautiful view good for a Family vacation kids Enjoy it.

Grandma slept in Small bedroom no heat In that room , Looks like previous people that rented the house had dogs too many pets for me ,Found dog bone in Sofa seen box of flea powder does it make you feel comfortable and at night time the house creeps cracks a lot not sure what that’s all about I think because the sun heats it up the day and it cools down at night . Definitely the Deck is going to have to be replaced A lot boards move a lot not safe for big people. No access to the garage looks like there’s a room Above it ,Not knowing what’s in it was kind of creepy , especially when I seen the red stains on the slider handle some drips down On the door on the door I didn’t tell the kids and you want to creep them out.
