Love the location (quiet and equally close to Cannon and Manzanita), the view (ocean right outside the window), cute little cozy cabin.

Cleaning and maintenance: so much room for improvement!!! The toiled is leaking, the mattress is 20 y.o. or so, the bed is flimsy, the rose bushes prevent you from entering the house; bathroom rugs and table clothes are old, used and look dirty. New management and little upkeep is required to make it feel like a Dream.

Wonderful small house, gorgeous view, very clean, vascasa immediately responsive when when we called about one small issue.

Impossible to sleep in main bedroom because of the mattress. Please replace.
