Did not like location

Room was good size for my husband and I

I have never had to stay where my hotel wasn't right on the sandy beach instead of the rocky area where you had to walk or drive to beach

Not worth the cost.

The pool was beautiful, but extremely slippery. (I saw at least 4 people a day fall.) We enjoyed the balcony on our room and had a nice view. The business center was convenient and easily accessible.

The elevators were out of order for most of our visit. Only one elevator worked so we had long waits to get in or out of the hotel or getting to our room and/or lobby (stairs were locked). They stopped filling the breakfast area before 9:30 a.m. If you got there after that, there wasn't much left.

Great time. Room was very nice, overlooking the pool and water view. House keeping was very good. Breakfast every mornin

The front office staff was great. Very friendly and informative. This was our first time at Clearwater Beach and it did not disappoint. Roof top bar was great.

The main pool is in the shade and the water was very cold, even though they stayed the pool was heated. Elevators were very slow.

Good breakfast. Great location.

I didn't like that what I reserved and requested online they didn't honor. At first they wanted to give me a room with a city view. I reserved a room overlooking there pool an they gave a room overlooking the hotel next doors pool. Even after I showed them what my reservation said that I booked they wouldnt honor it. I think they don't like to honor reservations from booking.com or other sires.

Directions to get to room were not the best and the amenities charges wasn’t bad but no amenities were utilized.

The 505 restaurant is just cold breakfast for which we paid for and never used any amenities

No good restaurants and we were charge for other amenities and we never used any of them, then we had too leave two days early because my 2 year old nephew was taken off life support yesterday and wanted to be there for the family but was still charged full price , I could understand if it was a choice to leave but it wasn’t and they wouldn’t help

Prefect location to watch the sun set with a delicious cocktail in hand

Amazing location and views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect location to watch the sunset. Barman at pool bar was so friendly and accommodating who made the best mojitos

No hot option at breakfast but it wasn’t really and issue for us

location and quality of the rooms

paying the amenity fee for the breakfast we had already paid for , the car park we didn’t have a car , the use of the business centre , I was on vacation not work and internet which we already had on our phones .

- Staff could be a bit more enthusiastic/welcoming - Rather limited breakfast options for price of hotel

fantastic and relaxing stay!

The Water edge pool , rooftop restaurant. very close to the beach, 2 min walk!

the pillows were awful, so flat!! something weird was happening with one of the waitresses the first night we had dinner at the rooftop. She kept hiding in a staff room to the side of the bar, she was super distracted, other customers ended up waiting for her and she never served them so they walked out. In the end an under cover police guy came and she hid again. it was just super weird! Anywho other than that staff was great and will stay there again in the future for sure!!

Very nice hotel to stay at

The room was clean and quiet. Was outside from elevator, couldn’t hear anything, no doors slamming either.the pool area was very nice as well. The property was clean, breakfast was good.

Get rid of the amenity fee. People pay a lot for the rooms and gratuity already, continental or hot breakfasts are included in most hotels. My pricing when I booked said it includes the amenity fee. When I got there I had to pay. The hotel should have honored that. Having no no amenity fee avoids these things that people are not expecting

It was disappointing to see a good hotel fake room description & photos, bad management

location and pool are great,

My reservation was for a room with a pool view, after checking in we found the room facing another building ( another hotel ), city street and no Edge hotel's pool view - no one in the front desk (deputy Manager or even GM) offered any help. all their excuse was the room description comes from the cooperate !! and they don't control it. it was further disappointing for not apologizing in a professional manner or escalating the issue to the cooperate.

Nice rooms and view but concerned about thier safety practices or lack there of!

Great view, nice rooms

Elevators down for an overnight poeriod, people were stuck inelevatorscreaming forhelp andowner was smiling and shruggin shoukders "this happens on the island". He proceeded totell us the bar was opening the 10th floor.........we were in the lobby.. Stairwells were NOT lit with emergencylighting and only top and ground floor doorswere open. TVs did not work 2 days......phonesjust went to answering machine when youcalled to inquire! c. Checking out..we had to carryoutluggagedown at 6am from 10th floor ...stairwell only litby our cell phones. (We traveled with my 87 y.o. mother!) My understanding that is a code violation.............
