It was a lovely accomidation in a very nice town. Food was easy to get to.

It was peaceful. The hot tub was a very nice addition. It was clean and comfortable. The complimentary tea and coffee were very nice.

The bed and pillows were very firm.

A lovely, private retreat in a quiet Santa Rosa neighborhood.

Hummingbird Gardens is a one-bedroom apartment, with a large bedroom, closet, bathroom, living room with kitchen appliances tucked away. It has a microwave and a toaster oven, but not a conventional stove. The surrounding garden was showing the effects of a hot summer and drought, but the plants were well chosen and set off garden sculptures to perfection. I understand that there is a sauna, but did not use it.

It took me a couple of times to remember to turn on the hot water before I needed to do dishes or shower. The dial is under the bathroom sink and, once turned on, produces hot water quickly.

It was a good place to spend 5 days as we attended a wedding and explored the coast and wine country

No breakfast expected. It was a very handy location for us. The apartment is pleasant and the garden has beautiful, interesting flowers and other plants. The bed was comfortable.

We don't like the problem we had with the lock. We like using a key. If we had had to use a code it would have been a nightmare. There isn't enough lighting in the apartment. The bedroom needs two taller lamps to be able to read in bed and the kitchen/dining area needs a decent standing or table lamp. It is a bit tricky parking and one has to back in to be able to leave the premises safely.

I was quoted $290 on booking.com for three nights. Instead, owing to cleaning fees, etc. the property management company imposed, I paid $565. An absolute rip-off and a blatant misrepresentation!!!

Loved it, will absolutely stay again.

It was very easy to find and get into the house. The space was clean and comfortable. It was very quiet. The backyard is charming, we watched the coy swimming while enjoying coffee in the morning. The hot tub was a great way to end the day!

The Sauna would not heat up past 110. We tried a couple times. We did consider calling for assistance but went the easy route and just enjoyed the hot tub instead.

The Owner, Bruce, is Friendly… I called him, “Batman.” He offered me Apples from the Apple Tree and I took 3 before I drove off😊

The hot tub and sauna were fantastic in a nice garden setting.

The path to the hot tub. For the average person probably not too bad but I happened to be on crutches and the narrow bark chip path and unlevel stone walkway were challenging.

Location was good. Plenty of room. Property looks “tired” though.

Checkout instructions included reference to dishwasher and washing machine - neither of which exist. More frustrating was that several days before our stay, we received an email with access instructions. Unfortunately, the email was poorly formatted for mobile devices - the only ones we had with us during this time of travel from Guam. The email was totally unusable, and we ended up having to call Vacasa/Booking to get the code. Very frustrating, especially since we were jet-lagged. We will not use Booking.com again.

Fabulous!!

Adorable cottage (1/2 of a house-owner occupies adjacent half), extremely clean, very well outfitted, extra touches added, great decor, excellent location, beautiful, beautiful, magical flower & orchard garden with statuary/artwork. Loved this property!!!

Very busy road, challenging entry/exit. Maybe someday the owner could add a section of picket fence with a lovely arched gate or something as a physical boundary between the fairyland garden and drive/road for the safety of young children.

We love this property!

Location was perfect to visit my mother-in-law at Oakmont Gardens. It was great to not have to drive from the other side of town where all the hotels are. The apartment is really well appointed and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The grounds are so pretty. We really enjoyed walking through the flower gardens, identifying plants. Bedroom and bathroom exceeded expectations. The stay was so much better than staying in a hotel. We will be back!

Our only suggestion is to take the doors off the kitchenette area. It was annoying to have to constantly slide the doors back and forth. That area is so clever and looks good so it doesn't need to be behind closed doors!
