Dirty and afraid of getting Co-vid and sleeping in a bedroom I could not lock.

Great place to stay

Lots of room and everything you need.

No AC so it was hot except for the first story, not a huge deal.

Exceptional

The suite layout with the 3 floors, the kitchen living room and views, the balconies, parking was easy and right out front. Bed were comfortable, house good for adults and kids. They had puzzles which we enjoyed! Stocked with towels, and we were able to do laundry!

There were a few finishing fails, downstairs bathroom sink was not sealed down, the bathtub doors were also falling apart and the electric BBQ was not what we thought we get, took a while to cook all the food for meals and the refrigerator did not get that cold we kept drinks and milk in the freezer

Very good

Clean comfortable nicely decorated condo, great location near the lake, with all the amenities as advertised.

The pots and pans in the kitchen could be updated, they are very used. The smoke alarm kept going off without reason.

Nice home, kitchen and bathroom were clean. Utensils in the kitchen for home cooking were great. WiFi was good, and the heater worked well.

The bedroom sheets hadn't been changed and were dirty. One of the stove burners also didn't work. The refund policy is not user friendly, I had business travel that came up so I contacted the property one month in advance for a change of dates or refund and was told that it was too close to our reservation dates and a refund or change was not an option. The inflexibility was a challenge and as a result our first night of the reservation was wasted.
