Breakfast was good but over priced but it was expected to be.

I had items stolen from my room. Management did nothing about it. My husband told me to tell them we found it and just to leave a review to let others know of this. They don’t offer room service unless asked. I never asked yet they still came into my room and stole. They literally had to dig through our clothes to steal what was stolen. Management just said they wouldn’t steal. No apologies or anything. Basically that I was lying. Coming down the elevator three ladies also had things missing from their room. Management won’t do a thing about it. I’ve never experienced this at any other hotel. I’ve never had my things stolen. On the website it even states you have to ask for room service a day in advance. I asked her why they even came in when I didn’t request it and she didn’t have an answer. I’ll never stay at Hilton again.

My second time here in the past year. Love the cleanliness and how safe I feel here. The beds are sooooo comfortable. The accessibility between activities in Manhattan and Brooklyn are perfect.

Just like when I visited last August every night I would have to come back down stairs upon returning to get washcloths and towels

wir hatten mit Meerblick gebucht und konten in der Tat Richtung Staten Island gucken; die Lage ist perfekt mit drei U-Bahnlinie in der Nähe sowie der Staten Island Ferry vor der Tür. Am Battery Park ist es auch grds. etwas ruhiger, mit dem Blick aufs Meer war man nicht den ganzen Tag "zwischen Wolkenkratzern"; dasd Personal war sehr net und hilfsbereit!

Wir hatten ein Frühstückbuffet erwartet, doch es gab stattdessen je Person 25$-Gutscheine pro Tag, mit denen wir aus einem sehr kalorienhaltigen Menü auswählen konnten (Burger, Pfannkuchen, alles immer mit der Option "Bacon" ;-)). Man wurde satt, doch war das einzig anschlussfähige an europäisches Kontinentalfrühstück die Toasts (Portion gerösteter Baguettescheiben) und ein Joghurt mit Erdbeeren, der auf Nachfrage als Naturjoghurt vorbereitet wurde - grundsätzlich auch dieser stark gezuckert mit Honig etc. - etwas mehr Flexibilität (z.B. auch ganze Stücke Obst) und damit Abwechslung wäre schön gewesen. Auch: durch die Notwnedigkeit zur Bestellung vor Ort dauerte das Frühstück Minimum 45 Minuten - für uns mit gemütlichem Programm kein Problem, ein schneller Snack wäre aber nicht möglich gewesen...

Recently, I stayed at few Inns in the financial district and the breakfast served was free,they had a array of choices at this particular location.

The cable channels wasn't working properly upon arrival. I spoke to the front desk regarding this issue, a technician was assigned to look into it. He rebooted the system which added some of the channels that i'm familiar with.

Dobra lokalita , prijemny pokoj.

Personal byl hodne naladovy. Obcas usmevavy, obcas mel clovek pocit, ze je obtezujete. Nekolik dni vam dali na pokoj vodu zdarma a dalsi den si vodu nechala recepcni zaplatit. Kdyby jsme byli driv upozorneni, koupime si vodu jinde a levneji. Aktualne se v okoli stavi, tak je tam trochu vic rusneji.

Aussicht und Zimmergröße sehr gut, individuelles Frühstück würde ich eher empfehlen als es fix zu buchen. Lage und Umgebung hervorragend, der Battery Park ist sehr erholsam für zwischendurch, Anbindung zu Öffis ideal.

Die Bedienung der Dusche war für mich zu kompliziert!
