the place was in a nice location, we had water views on all sides of our unit. that was great

no breakfast, at the hotel

the organization was terrible, no one met us or even gave us a code to get into the parking lot.

Great place and location- only issue was the the softness of the bed.

Location; view and fair value.

The bed in the condo was memory foam and you sank into during the evening. Owner should consider changing out the bed.

Exceptional

We have been going to Florida for about 5 years now. This is Truly the best area we have stayed so far. The view was Amazing. The condo was great, clean. The price was reasonable for a week stay. We saw dolphins everyday. Able to go down to the private beach and walk along miles of beach. Saw starfish, lots of sand dollars, saw a Manatee by the boat dock. Was a great stay.

Superb

The stay was wonderful. My husband and I are thinking we will definitely stay there again. It was really peaceful and everyone we come in contact with was so friendly and nice. It wasn't so crowded you couldn't walk around very nice.

When we were on the beach and the jetski's were way to close. Could and would have hit the people in the water, they were going way to fast and were not paying attention, boats were the same way. Needs to be a way of roping it off.

Very good

The view was spectacular. The bathroom was spacious.

Sheets didn’t fit the mattress and wouldn’t stay on. Bulbs needed replacing on range hood vent and in bathroom. Mattress was the most uncomfortable we ever slept on. There’s not enough light around kitchen sink.

Location is perfect . Newly remodeled.

Cleaning service . The Bed sheet cover was upside down ,it was dirty on another side , I had to wash all the bed linens , sofa covers on the second day of my stay . Plus , the washer and dryer in the building are older style , hardly to wash the dirty Towels clothes clean . Only two dish washer detergent for a Week stay , I washed all dishes without detergent for next guest . Overall the location is perfect .

Great place!

Love the view, private beach, pool, hot tub, and location! Saw dolphins, an alligator, and many birds right from the condo and on the private beach! Wonderful being able to walk down the beach to lovers key state park/beach.

Furniture could be deep cleaned or replaced, bed was far too hot with the pillow top mattress, place could’ve been a a little cleaner but overall it was good.

Great visit - we will return

The condo was very nice and the location was great. The kitchen had newer appliances and the bathroom was very nice. The facility was very safe, clean, and well-run. It was quiet and everyone was friendly. We enjoyed the private beach and the pool. We also liked the proximity to the state park and had a great time walking there. The eleventh floor balcony had a great view. We were able to see dolphins from the balcony almost daily. We would love to come back in the future, if possible.

The bed was very soft. We got used to it and it ultimately didn't affect our sleep, but it might be too soft for someone else. The kitchen seemed to be missing a few staple cooking implements, but it was about what we expected for a rental.
