Breakfast was only okay, hot items limited.
Guest rooms supposedly serviced every other day, which is oaky, but sometimes ours was and sometimes not. Sometimes not completely, They’d get one trash can and not the other. In 5 days, beds made once. They’d often forget to replenish in-room coffee supplies.

It is a very nice facility. We did not have time to utilize the swimming pool nor the exercise room which looked very appealing. The breakfast was excellent.

Location. Quiet and easy access to highway to get into Portland and avoid Route 1. Able to bypass all the crazy tourist traffic on the coast.
Room was spacious. Plenty of parking.
Not enough tables in the breakfast area. Pillows were too soft and bed a little too hard for my personal liking. AC unit was very noisy when it kicked on and it would wake us up.

Very comfortable, great to have a mini frig and wonderful breakfast. Near a good convenience store that made sandwiches.
Our room was not ready a half hour after check-in. Because we had a dinner reservation we asked to switch rooms. Unfortunately, we had a room adjoining a family who allowed their 2 kids to run up and down the hall way late at night. Not the hotels fault but it did impact our stay.

It is a clean, updated facility. Nice large shower, good counter space, comfortable bed.
The fire alarm went off both nights. We were told someone was smoking in their room. Staff didn’t seem too concerned about the disturbance.

I always choose to stay in small cozy inns because I love how detailed they are and how the atmosphere makes you feel like home, yet somehow this hotel made me feel that exact way. The staff is incredibly kind and sweet, the effort they put on the breakfast is very much appreciated (everything was delicious, from the homemade blueberry jam, to the omelets, to the red velvet pancakes), the pool was clean and its temperature was perfect, the rooms were neat and included microwave and fridge which is also awesome and not many hotels do. Overall everything was amazing and I want to thank the staff for such an amazing service❤️ I would hands down recommend this hotel to anyone!

Location was very convenient. We grabbed some amazing pizza for dinner from the market right next door. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. We could barely hear other guests in other rooms or in the halls. Loved the idea of the soaps and body washes in the shower. Pool was clean, accessible and well stocked with towels, swim diapers and seating. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Snack bar was well stocked for our little guests. Breakfast was tasty and had a large variety of items.
We were incredibly impressed with the hotel and its value. The only comment we had was the pool echoed a lot. It could be very loud with a lot of kids.

The breakfast was outstanding and the lady taking care of it was super nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and the water was warm. Plenty of clean towels available.

The cleanliness and welcoming nature of the staff was more than expected.
We were impressed with the accommodations and the breakfast was very fresh as far as what we might typically find in a buffet style.
Robin in the kitchen and her Red Velvet Waffles gave us a great start to our day.

The hotel was clean and has an upscale look without the upscale price tag. Many amenities made it a comfortable stay.
If I had to give one criticism (which isn’t a major one at all) it would be the sliding barn door to the bathroom. It served it purpose I guess but it was a bit awkward to have a slight crack as it couldn’t fully close or lock. This detail would NOT impede me from booking at this property in the future.

The breakfast area was clean with lots of variety. Trisha, the breakfast hostess, was extremely friendly and engaging. It’s rare to encounter someone so happy to be at work feeding “her guests.” Thanks, Trisha!
