It was awesome I can't wait to visit again.

The warm smile and friendly staff Christian & Christopher were very attentive. Allowed me to have 1 hour extra for my check out time. The room was so nice and clean and very nice and cool. Love the Kitchenette although because I only needed one night stay this time I didn't get to utilize it , but I will next time

I love it!

I love my room on the 4th floor, it had a separate bedroom from the rest of the room. We had privacy, nice dishes and lots of tables. I love this place.

The breakfast didn’t have a variety of things.

After being treated like I belonged I was speechless! Felt like I was home!

I’d have to say, Christian, the manager was the best. I just had Achilles tendon surgery and she made certain I was comfortable, took time to understand me and my needs. Staff was amazing as well. However my greatest compliment goes to Christian! Feeling comfortable and acknowledged while knowing the stress of traveling “handicap” was understood! She got the memo!

Hat to wait over 2 hours for check-in, then had to pay $20 extra for a deposit to check in. Fire alarm kelp going off.

Baytown Stay

Loved the location snd how clean the room was.

Girl checking us in not too friendly. Couldn't muster a smile. Not enough breakfast food choices. Not much of a variety.

Superb

Nice area. Close to restaurants and activities

Remote for tv didn’t work. Ask several employees for a different remote. I stayed five days and had to use the front desk remote when needed

Great room, but more info should have been given by booking.com.

The staff was very friendly and they are quite excepting if pets. I liked the layout of the room as well.

The hotel was under major construction and that was not mentioned on booking. The breakfast was a brown bag take and go due to the construction. I would not have paid extra for breakfast if I'd known that.

it was a grat experiance for my first time in TX. I would come again.

I was accomidated when it was found that my ac in my room didn't work. The room was switched promptly and without question. The workout room was a good added thing, i was able to keep with my workout regimine.

The only thing i noticed that would be a chance for an improvement would be to add more waffel stations at preakfast area, this is due to only one waffel maker and several people needing to use it.

Room was clean.

Construction was going on at the entrance of the hotel. No breakfast other than coffee available. It honestly was a mess at the hotel. I was not made aware via email or text before I arrived so that I could have canceled by reservation or had the choice to decide weather I wanted to stay at your hotel.Night we arrived receptionist was not to friendly and never apologized for the inconvenience, I do understand its not her fault but she could have atleast mentioned the inconvenience. Not a good experience at all.

Great time.

I was there for a birthday celebration. The hotel was very nice, clean and smelled so good. Easy access to I-10. It was located close to good shopping and the venue where the celebration was held.

There was not a thing that I didn't like. The front desk staff was AWESOME!

really enjoy it

i loved the room how it had a living room and bedroom. I was glad to stay on the first floor close to the door. it was very quiet i couldnt really hear anyone else in their room.

the wallpaper was peeling off in some spots and the bathroom wouldnt lock. Other than that it was great!
