Nothing - photos and rating of motel not a fair representation.
Pool was not in use despite way past Memorial Day. Grounds were ”under construction”. Ants everywhere.

The most horrible place - LOOK at your photo of property. A lovely pool. NO POOL !
1. Bed was horrible with coils sticking up

Location for event was perfect. Saw the eagle near the nest
The room was very dated and dark. Would have liked a shear curtin so I could open the blackouts and get some light in. Also, there was no hair dryer.

This property was exactly what we were looking for in a trip! We rented 5 rooms. We felt very safe and clean at our stay. The pool and pool area was lovely. The staff was also so king and helpful! We will definitely be coming back.

I love the pool and the overall look of the hotel. The location is perfect for us.
The morning breakfast items are all packaged sweet items, pound cake, muffin, croissants. I'd be happy with something less sweet like a package of English muffins. The mattresses could be better.

The property was beautiful and it’s conveniently located.
The bathroom in our room(toilet and shower area) was outdated, but completely functional and very clean.

The staff couldn’t have been more friendly. They were truly a pleasure to talk to, and answered all my questions. The grounds were very nicely landscaped, and the hotel itself is beautiful from the outside. 
My room had a horrible overwhelming stench. When I first walked in, it just smelt like a bunch of cleaning supplies. And the room was very clean, but the smell was so strong. Thank God I had a bottle of Lysol in my car. I had to bring it in and sprayed all over because I couldn’t even sleep with that smell. Also, the bedding was comfortable. The pillows were comfortable, but the bed itself was memory foam and was uncomfortable.

Mattress not great ..rooms need updating but the price does reflect that. Walls a bit thin..could hear my neighbors radio playing by 6 AM.

Very spacious, I was not expecting how much more open the property was just from the pictures. My room was very comfortable, gives off a “cozy” but not by any means small vibe, front desk was accommodating to my needs, free coffee in the morning! the front desk agent had a great attitude.

It is what it is. If you want a decent hotel to stay in it is.
The fact that the front desk isn't 24hrs. I had to go to work at 6am day of checkout. I had to go back to return the room key. Very annoying.

it is a bit dated and the parking area could certainly use some work.

Coffee from the office was good. No breakfast since this was a traditional hotel that reminded me of the motor inns when I was young. There is also a nesting pair of eagles next to the property that gave us a daily flyby!
It's a dated property but that is what gives it its charm. The beds were traditional and not pillow top. I slept very well.
