I will not go back to this place

No breakfast the location was ok

The toilet didn’t flush properly we had to wait for them to put a microwave and a refrigerator in our room

Very poor

That it was close to the Luray Caverns

There was holes in the walls the place was dirty I had to wipe everything down before put my cup down there was no sheet on the bed we waited 4 hours to check in and then we didn't get our towel to about 8:00 at night and check in was supposed to be at 11:00 there was no one in the office there was a doorbell ring to get a hold of somebody

Worst hotel I ever stayed in.

This place was a dump. Lots of cockroaches. The non smoking room smelled terrible. There were no staff to check me in. I called the numbers on the window. They said to go to room 102. I knocked and noone answered, i banged and no one answered, I opened the door and yelled, "checking in", and the clerk who was sleeping, I guess, answered. There were no towels in the room. The wifi did not work.

Everything. No bugs for starters. Then a staff that was available to heck me in. Towels in the room. Working wifi.

Overall it was a great value for the money spent but could've been a little cleaner.

Beds were comfy and breakfast was great! Everything was delicious.

Wasn't sure what time we were arriving so the AC wasn't on when we got there and the room smelled awful, like mildew. Once we turned the AC on and kept it on for an hour it smelled better but still had a lingering scent. Bathroom was overall mostly clean but we found a hair on the curtain.

Cheap shack for your fishing adventure

Location was perfect for fishing and for visiting local attractions like caverns and zoo

Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke from 1963

Dont stay here until you are a smoker

Nothing i like about this property.

The room so dirty and smell so bad of smoking, i couldn't sleep at night and have to open the door so the fresh car can come to the room as the smoking smell so strong. And eventually I have to go to my car to sleep. And also no one clean around the parking lot, too much cigarettes butts.

Nice spot to stay close to the shenandoah for those out of town fishermen

Check in was immediate. Service was excellent, was walked to my room and employee made sure room was in good shape. Was offered a bottle of water while checking in.

Only one bar of soap for hands and shower. Shampoo was a small packet that hardly had enough. TV remote was worn out and wouldn't change channels.

Was convenient but dirty.

The location was good. It was quiet. We had our dog with, so it was good not to hear anything outside. No one bothered with us. I feel like 90% of the people who were there lived there. Beds were comfortable.

It was dirty. The bathroom sink didn't work. There was dirt over floors. Ants in the bathroom. Our smoke dector wasn't there, just the wires hanging out. Our room was to besmoke-freee but smelled like stale cigarettes.No one checked on us all weekend. They did make sure when we arrived to give us 5 towels and washclothes, but we were there 4 days and saw no one. We also only had 1/2 of roll of toliet paper for 5 people for 4 days, so we had to go to the office which no one was ever in and wait until someone got there.

Gross bedding and bugs made the room uncomfortable

The guy at the first desk was cool. The room had a very nice large television.

I didn’t like the bugs, the dirty sheets and comforter, there was no fitted sheet on bed just 2 flat sheets. The comforter was gross and looked like there were urine stains. The bed was highly uncomfortable.

Disappointing

The fellow running the place was very nice.

The place was flimsy, the sheets slid off the bed, the towels had stains. The place just did not seem very clean.

Very bad experience

I would never recommend Budget Inn cause there's a lot of roaches,it could have bedbugs too.I had to cover their sheet with one I had to buy to avoud possible contact.DO NOT GO THERE.

Convenient location

Bed bugs bites the next morning and I mentioned a family emergency and couldn't stay the second night. Dusty was understanding and said he could refund us the second night, but I was still charged the full amount :( so that's a bit unfortunate since he could have told us to do it online. Nice guy though but more communication would be nice

The room was very dirty and even though it's a nonsmoking room but someone definitely smoke in there. The bedsheet was so dirty and had stain on pillow case, sheet, and blanket. The bed was too soft and they need to upgrade a new bed. You can tell, they been using that bed for at least 10 years. It was not worth it at all.

Nothing that I liked.

Got in the room and had mosquitos all over it. The sheets were very old and dirty. WiFi didn't reach the room we stayed. No. Staff on the front desk. Very expensive hotel for what they have.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Nobody ever came to the door for check-in we were left standing outside in the middle of the night with nowhere to go. Tried calling them for 4 hours and no one answered the phone or returned a phone call. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

The location was ideal. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was filthy, many bugs, holes in the bedspread, no cups, coffee, or sugar for the coffee maker. The WiFi kept going out. The cable TV didn't work but a staff member brought a different cable box. I will never stay here again.

some disappointment, but the bed was comfortable, which is what I needed.

Location was just a short drive to things in the area. They seem to do a good job on cleanliness. There was a fridge, which I appreciated, and microwave.

when I arrived, the tv was on loudly. TV remote worked for changing channels and volume control. However, it would not turn the tv on or off. So, rather than mess up the cable by unplugging, I had to turn the volume down to zero to sleep. Also, the bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly. Liquid Plumber (or something similar) needs to be used. And finally, the place (sidewalks, doorways, etc). needs to be sprayed for bugs.

The facility wasn’t up to our standards. The management gave us our money back. We didn’t stay there! It was too Smokey smelling! i could not breathe. For someone else, it might be ok! we didn’t have any issues!
