It was mediocre at best.

We have enjoyed JOCR for our last 4 anniversaries…..not this time ! No concierge , no one to assist with the luggage and your gym’s Peleton was a nightmare to use. Food was excellent and service at the pool by the two young waiters especially Olivia was excellent. It is with regret that we won’t be celebrating our. 54th anniversary as we have for our 51st, 52nd and 53rd which were all at the Jekyll ocean. Me and mrs. woronowich

No Concierge , no one to help with luggage, pool was noisy , food was excellent and pool service folks were great. It was our 54th wedding anniversary and we were truly disappointed. We won’t be back for our 55th!!

This is an awesome island and holiday. Bravo!

Great location. What a view! We also loved the island Bar staff (Holly especially) were great, as were waiters and waitresses. Levi and the other maitre de were also great. Food excellent (if expensive) Amazing pool Very-very clean

It’s an expensive holiday. We loved the hotel, but you get the feeling they are trying to rinse you for every penny they can. Great staff, but a couple of people on reception (not Teresa who was lovely) were a bit grumpy. Manners cost nothing.

Lovely stay

Property was nice, room was spacious. Loved that the property was on the beach and close access to dining, shops, etc.

If we kept our doors open to hear the sounds of the beach, gnats would come in.

Our stay was beautiful and excellent.

I love everything and the staff was excellent. Thhe servive was wonderful. My Mom , my sister, and myself were there for my Mom 90th Birthday!! The staff treated my Mom like a Queen for the day ( May 16th Tuesday). Excellent job. Thank you, for great time.

Room was very noisy. Must have been running commercial laundry in adjacent room. Sounded like helicopter coming and going thru the night.

Too expensive. I was charged an extra 300 for what I have NO IDEA! Will not be returning nor sugges

Location on Beach.

No breakfast included option, OMG THE HOT TUB WAS NOT HOT, That was the reason we booked in March...still to cold to swim in ocean.

We loved it and plan to return!

We traveled with two small children and loved the size and layout of the rooms. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The staff were all accommodating.

The ocean water was muddy. They seemed a little short staffed, but that may have been due to covid.

Great location!

Beautiful rooms. Many places to sit and hang out both indoors and outdoors. Location perfect for walking to shops. Right on the beach. Relaxing stay.

location is great. too pricey relative to neighboring properties.

The restaurant, which is supposed to be excellent, was anything but. 2 months prior we had an excellent dinner there. this visit was VERY disappointing. The wait staff was very good. The menu was nearly useless, as they didn’t have any fresh fish or their normal offerings. The experience was horrible (said by one who rarely complains).

Room was lovely and we enjoyed our stay but felt the price exceeded the quality of the amenities.

The room was spacious and comfortable.

No vent in the bathroom so it got very damp and foggy. I would have expected higher quality pillows. These were lumpy and uncomfortable. We were told there was shuttle service from the hotel to the historic site but were never told until we arrived that it didn't start until 2 pm. If we had not had our own transportation we would have missed many of the events that happen during the early part of the day. Una

Everything was clean, most everyone wore a mask unless eating,swimming etc. staff are professional and more than accommodating. It was relaxing, great to local shops, bike rentals. Food was great too.

Only thing, lock on bathroom door locked my daughter inside on first day. But maintenance got her out safely. Locked jammed I guess but they were responsive and moved fast.
