Péssimo hotel!

Tem animais dentro do estabelecimento, o hotel inteiro fede a mofo, inicialmente nos colocaram em um quarto que não era o reservado e o café da manhã escasso, inclusive na gelatina tinha pelo de gato.

La ubicación es inmejorable, a metros de la playa y a 2 cuadras del centro, estás ahí y no te falta nada. El personal muy amables y predispuestos. Los chicos de la recepción unos genios.

Una Vergüenza

Ni bien llegue , estando yo esperando para subir al ascensor, apareció un pitbull de nombre Rocky que me salto y me mordió , al principio apareció un supuesto dueño Oscar , que tuvo sí predisposición , por lo que le pedí la libreta de vacunación, me envió uno sin el nombre , me dijo que al día sgte me traería el correspondiente, ya en la mañana pregunté por el tal Oscar que ya no apareció , fui a la administración y pedí que me muestre la libreta de vacunación , me mandó de otro perro de nombre Flocky y diferente a la libreta anterior , por lo que le reclamé al Sr administrador, ahí se volvieron PREPOTENTES,más un joven calvo que dijo ser el dueño del perro y que no me mostraría la libreta de vacunacion ( lo mínimo que podía hacer ) por lo que tuve que consultar y medicarme, ante mi pedido por WhatsApp, fui bloqueado por la gente de vila Mar , una VERGÜENZA que un perro así se pasee sin bozal , espero que la gente de Booking , tome nota y atienda mi reclamo

Frustración

La verdad que no tengo una impresiòn bueno y tampoco algún punto que me haya gustado mas, la relaciòn valor calidad deja mucho que desear.

El primer punto malo es que cobran 50 reales por día por el estacionamiento cuando en los alrededores los demás hoteles dan gratis a sus huespedes el servicio de estacionamiento, tanto es así que a la vuelta del hotel, estacionamiento de otro hotel me cobraron 20 reales por día sin ser huesped. El desayuno muy pobre y con falta de mayor higiene o cuidado de los alimentos, faltó variedad o diversidad entre los días en el desayuno, todos los días la misma cosa o los mismos alimentos. Alquilé 3 habitaciones y la verdad que esperaba sentirme mejor recompensado y atendido por el costo que pagué.

Limpieza, amabilidad del personal, ubicación privilegiada, excelente atención en la playa.

Las sábanas. El bar debiese estar abierto hasta mínimo las 22 hrs.

We really enjoyed our time on the island and the location of this property is prime. I just wish they paid a little more

Location! Its location cannot be better! It's right across the beach with chairs and umbrellas available. It's also minutes walk to the center where it all happens at night time. The food (lunch only) is really tasty and fairly priced. They even bring your order to your table at the beach.

The property is old and run down and in need of upgrades. It needs some TLC specially the bathrooms. The breakfast could definitely be much much better with more basic options.

The location is fantastic

We had issues with the shower on a daily basis where the fuse for the heater would break. The staff was a bit unfriendly in dealing with this, and they didn't actually tell us what the problem was until our last day. The photos of the room are not very accurate, as the paint was falling off the walls, and the bathroom looked a lot bigger in the pictures.

Good staying but need some improvements

The staff is friendly and kind, the breakfast area is pretty good and the food is really good as well, the food at the restaurant is delicious with nice view at the balcony. It is located just in front of the beach, and 2 block far away from the downtown of Canasvieras, very convenient for people who like hanging out late at night having some drinks or have dinner outside.

They set up the room with 2 single beds together instead of a queen bed which is weird and not confy in my humble opinion but it was okay overall, but the bathroom was a little old, the sink and the toilet need to be change. If they are going to do some remodeling to the hotel, they gotta do focus on the room bathrooms.
