SATISFECHO EXCEPTO CON EL AREA DE CAMASTROS...

La ubicación, precio , muy cómodo, y los chicos de recepción muy amables...

En el área de camastros los del restaurante " Si señor" NO respetan los horarios , que se suponen son hasta la 5 pm el servicio de camastros y desde antes de las 3 de la tarde, ya te están molestando para que te muevas para poner sus mesas para la Cena...No son nada atentos...pedí un camastro a las 2 pm y Nunca me lo trajeron...

There was no breakfast the kitchen very poor in overall I don't recommend this hotel there was no pool when I booked shows there is a pool. And all nice my really disappointed.

It was ok. Hotel location is great. The hotel needs to be renovated.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Hotel location was great.

There was No Hot Water for the first three days of our stay at the hotel. The TV would turn off without us turning it off. There was no wash towel in the room.

overall, it was still pleasant and the staff I would rate as 10

my room overlooked the beach. Had a kitchen without utensils, plates and no drinking cups. Bathroom and elevator too small. Other than that, the room was tidy and clean. No room safes.

For the money, the room had very poor decor..

The hotel is right at the BEACH front.

The hotel is not in good shape,, very outdated, the room that I had was on the street side, and you can ear all the noise from the cars,loud music around, etc,towels feel like sandpaper, broken toilet, that did not flush,the only thing good about this hotel, is the location.

Bargain, no frills Hotel

The location, next to the beach was good. The air conditioner was cool, though noisy. The hot water was excellent. The mattress looked modern and was firm and very comfortable. There were many security cameras monitored at the front desk. The keyless entry to the room functioned perfectly. The beach behind the hotel, like the others, is public access.

When I checked in, there was no soap in the room and the room safe wasn't working. I reported both. The safe was adjusted but continued not to work. The soap arrived after my room was cleaned the following day. The elevator was programmed not to stop at the rooftop terrace but you could walk the final flight of stairs. The whirlpool tub was out of service and the swimming pool in the pictures is actually at the neighboring hotel. Although the hotel is right on the beach, the chairs and tables belong to a private, pricey restaurant which gives a 10% savings to hotel patrons. The hotel doesn't offer beach towels (even for a deposit). The standard non suite rooms are tiny and overlook the street. The pillows were overstuffed, but not in a good way. For the bargain price I paid, I got a good deal though next time I'll up my game to a nicer place.

The view from the room was good

To say it had a kitchenette was a huge stretch. It had a Cooktop on the balcony but not a single plate, pan, cup. The room smelled musty. I wouldn't return. Lovely view though.

Great value in a great location

Right on the beach with a wonderful view back along the bay. The Staff asked if this was our first stay and when we said yes, upgraded the room to king with a better balcony,.
