nice location, staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and cleaning staff did nice job cleaning

it’s a small gripe but while trying to rest, on the second day about 5 PM the fire alarm beeped several times, and was very loud and startling. my husband tried to lay down to rest with me and we hoped it wouldn’t happen again and it did. front desk guy said their daughter lives in an end unit and burns toast sometimes or something? just would rather not have a fire alarm hooked up to every other unit that scares the crap out of me bc of someone else’s actions. other than that, it was a great little spot.

Cute, the owners are so friendly. Very clean, helpful on where to go for food, or activities.

Room a little small, my husband 6'6, couldn't sit on chairs in room.

Wished I had thought ahead to have booked a larger room. Being a busy fall weekend I was lucky to have gotten the last room available. If I had 2 beds it would of been a perfect

The Suite

I liked that we had the suite. We came in Fall. The room was comfortable. And clean. There's a fridge, stove, microwave, etc. The outside lights are colorful!

My friend didn't like her shower, but you can use the front shower. The mattress in the front room was super soft but I slept alright. Noise from the highway is unavoidable.

We loved the location, across the street from a beachfront park with easy access to the Bi-Path for our bikes. We enjoyed the retro space and appreciated the upgrade. Loved a place where we could prepare meals. We had plenty of room and it was quiet. The staff was very friendly and responsive.

There were a few quirks. The stovetop worked, as did the broiler, but the oven did not. We didn't use the microwave because it was on top of the refrigerator.

Great mom and pop place

This is our second time of staying here. Love the mom and pop feel.of the place and will be back again next year

Unfortunately, they do not take cash for paying at the property when you booked it that way. Just make sure you have the money on your debit card and have your debit card along I left mine at home and had to get ahold of my son to get money in the bank to cover it.

PERFECT location. breakfast not offered ( AND not necessary) EXCEPTIONALLY clean inside and out bonus were the extraordinary raised bed flower gardens

mattress pad was too soft and awkward/ hard to sit on overhead light had an overtly bright halogen-ish bulb sharing space w/a too-dim incandescent. 3-way table lamp had one setting only. DETAILS!! housekeeping is "11-2". sleep interrupted three times first day because motel policy ( "due to las vegas shooting" ) is room is entered daily during those times. " no exception". ""do not disturb " signs will no longer be available at ANY motel/ hotel industrywide ". i see....

Typical Mom and Pop motel of the 60's with hard work to meet 21st century demands, older room styles and bathroom with upgraded mattresses for good sleeping.
