We really enjoyed our stay and loved relaxing in the apartment

It was perfectly appointed. Everything you could possibly need was supplied. The rooms were delightful. The beach access was literally a walk across the lawn

Great location. Unit was tired and neeeds some refurbishing

Great location on beach ! The view from the unit was spectacular! Unit had everything to make our stay comfortable. Lots of restaurants and activities close by. Orlando, Kennedy space centre a quick drive by car.

Unit itself had everything you needed however the unit was dated and not very clean We had to clean unit when we arrived. Amenities were average. Pool was very nice however hot tub/jacuzzi was very dirty.

very convenient, close to amenities , felt safe . The unit was fresh , updated and very clean .

The unit provided toilet paper, paper towel and cleaning supplies such as dishwasher , dish soap and laundry detergent . As a family of 4 and most adults we had to run out and buy more items as our stay was more than 7 days but it wasn’t too much of concern .

The perfect relaxing vacation spot.

The condo was excellent! Beautiful view of the beach! Many great places to eat. all kinds of activities. We went to Golf n Gators for miniature golf and race car rides like "Mario Kart". Also, Kennedy Space Center, where we saw a launch! We also did a Boat ride in the Banana River and saw Dolphins, Manatee, and assorted birds. And last but not least, an air boat ride to see alligators.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Perfect location, steps to the beach and pool. in-unit laundry was great. Master bed was comfortable. Beach chairs, boogie boards, toys provided. Overall, we had a great stay and would go back. When we arrived there was only 1 beach towel. I had messaged the property prior to make sure we didn’t need to bring our own. When I messaged, someone was there within an hour with beach towels as well as bath and kitchen towels.

The property has some upgrades, the building itself is old and dated. The unit could use a deep clean. Fan blades had a thick layer of dust, baseboards and tile grout were dirty, rugs were stained (or folded up in the master closet), tub was slow to drain, glasses looked dirty (we ended up just buying disposable). would suggest a new broom and dustpan. The one provided didn’t function well.

nice place to stay , peaceful , not too many ppl at the beach .

location was good , stayed there before , very close to the ocean .

I reserved an oceanfront property , reservation was confirmed with the room #204 , which was an oceanfront , then a week before arrival it was switched to room #211 - a side view facing the swimming pool . Not very fair practice , next time we'll find a more honest vacation rental , there's plenty of choice .

Great place to stay. the resort had everything you need for the beach and stay. The views from the balcony were amazing.

Great experience seeing Cape Canaveral.

Loved the view it was beautiful!! And so nice to walk right out and be at the beach. It was quiet and family friendly.

Some of the outlets and light switches didn’t work in the condo and the ceiling fans were very dusty. The master bedroom was way too soft and loud. Wish we had a few more towels and wash cloths and dish rags.

perfect location

The property was accessible to everything!!!! very clean and the property manager was extremely helpful!

It was a little warm in the master bedroom but a pedestal fan and ceiling fan was available. We are hot nature though.

Our stay has been truly relaxing and enjoyable. It was a prefect spot from the beach and inside had all that we needed.

We loved the short walk to the beach and porch view of the beach. We loved the two bedrooms, laundry and full kitchen. Location is restaurants and groceries too.

Our unit was right by the elevators so we could hear and see the foot traffic and I would suggest curtains to block out the passers. Also, washcloths and plastic cups. I know these are small things but we stayed 5 nights and we have two small children.

Superb

Our unit was an end unit with lots of doors/windows and the ocean/beach was basically right outside the door (very close walking distance). Very nice place and location.

A small issue with cleanliness, but it was taken care of immediately. Not completely remediated, but acceptable results overall. Even with that, we would stay there again. Loved the unit and location.
