Just GO THERE

Hurricane Milton evacuation from St Petersburg with three dachshunds and a macaw. The $150 pet fee was waived which was great! We were so very grateful for that. Hotel was in a really unique location. Busy A1A one block East, with a McDonald's literally next door, and a quiet residential neighborhood and a Catholic church immediately out the front door. Safe, quiet, low traffic, well maintained neighborhood to walk three dogs and a bird. Great situation since we had to walk the dogs. A-LOT-LOT (like 4x a day). LOVED the free bikes and free daily drinks from the rooftop bar. Bikes were right there on site, so no big hassle to rent. Just grab and go basically (valet had to unlock the bikes from a rack and sign a waiver). We rode all the way down A1A to the clothing optional beach. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection, a beautiful view of the rooftop pool, and the Atlantic Ocean across the street. Great experience all around. Room was great, too, with a full size fridge and a couple burners to cook. It was all we needed. LOVED the generously sized outdoor balcony and spent lots of time out there. We were so very grateful to find such an accommodating, pet friendly hotel under such incredible personal stress. We returned to a house we couldn't live in, but glad to have been safe at this welcoming space for a few days before returning to a sobering situation.

Housekeeping would not clean the rooms with the dogs. I don't blame them, but room got a little ripe.

Excelente estadía

Hotel bastante nuevo, buen desayuno. Habitación grande cómoda y con cocina muy útil.

Para llegar al mar hay que caminar una distancia considerable, podes pedir que te alcancen con un carrito de golf. El desayuno podría variar un poco más. Auto con valet , 28 dol x dia si te quedas más de 7.

Estuvo bien

La habitación y el baño muy amplio. La cama cómoda. La ubicación a una cuadra de la playa. El área de la piscina e incluso para desayuna afuera estaba muy bien. Fueron muy amables en darnos la habitación unas horas antes del cjheck in y ofrecernos dejar la habitación un poco después de la hora de salida

El desayuno. Estuve 9 dias y fue exactamente igual no hubo un solo cambio en todos los días. No había fiambre ni queso fresco ni ensalada de fruta ni pan fresco , el pan era de molde y una bagels . De fruta solo manzana , naranja y algunos días banana. Estaba quizás bien para quienes desayunan con huevos y omelette . Que el servicio de playa que está incluido en la tarifa de 30 dólares diarios no incluya una sombrilla y que se encontrará alejado de la bajada a la playa del hotel .

Top Unterkunft mit amtemberaubender Aussicht

Auch wenn nicht so groß, eines der besten Hotels in Miami Beach. Wir hatten ein Eckzimmer, wo auch die Glasfront übers Eck ging und konnten Abends bei einer umwerfenden Aussicht auf sie Skyline einschlafen und wachten bei einem atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgang wieder auf. If there were only one place to go to break the daily grind, it would be Suuny Isles Marriot.

Très bon emplacement à Sunny Isles Beach

L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Sunny Isles Beach. De nombreux restaurants à proximité. Personnel agréable et souriant. La kitchenette est très pratique. Piscine avec vue sur la mer. La location de vélo incluse et les cocktails. La plage est accessible juste en face, il suffit de traverser la rue et d’emprunter un chemin.

Le petit déjeuner manquait de fruits frais.

A localização é muito boa. Próxima das praias e dos centros comerciais. O quarto é amplo e o ar condicionado funciona muito bem. Uma boa infraestrutura para quem precisar comprar gêneros alimentícios para comer na parte da tarde e tomar um café. No quarto tem geladeira, microondas, fogão de indução, utensílios de cozinha, lava-louças. A roupa de cama é nova e confortável.

O café da manhã não tem variedade de comida. É um padrão americano de comer doces no café da manhã. Não gosto disso. Não tinha frutas. Muito carboidrato, o que não é saudável. Os atendentes da recepção parecem confusos em esclarecer dúvidas. O meu cartão de débito não foi aceito para pagamento, mesmo sendo VISA. Tive que usar o cartão de crédito, o que gera os impostos indevidos. A pré-autorização com uma caução de 50 dólares por dia é questionável. Não gostei. Também não gostei de cobrança de estacionamento, sendo o vallet obrigatório. Muito caro para um dia: 36 dólares.

Um bom hotel para ficar em Fort Lauderdale.

O tamanho do quarto. A localização próxima dos centros comerciais. A cozinha no quarto, com geladeira, fogão de indução, microondas, lava-louças e utensílios de cozinha.

Não gostei do café da manhã. A cozinha precisa ser internacional, e não ao estilo americano, com muitos doces e carboidratos no café da manhã. Não tinha frutas em quantidade no café da manhã, e isso é barato. Também não gostei do vallet e parking do hotel, porque é muito caro: 36 dólares por dia.

Geräumiges Zimmer. Sauber. Aufmerksames Personal beim CheckIn. Netter Pool. Lage.

Sehr hellhörig. Duschtür schließt nicht richtig, so dass das bad jedes Mal „unter Wasser“ stand. Kein gutes Frühstück (keinerlei frisches Obst oder Gemüse, Einmalbesteck/Geschirr - bei dem Preis und der Hotelkategorie hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet). Wecker im Zimmer ging einfach um 6 Uhr los. Parken sehr teuer (aber offenbar normal für die Lage). Weder am Pool noch am Strand gab es Sonnenschirme (am Strand gegen Aufpreis erhältlich).

The management of the hotel should hire more responsible staff

The beach and the ocean are awesome. Good neighborhood.

1. Mediocre cleaning. The floor in our room remained uncleaned during the whole stay. Upon checking in, we found out that the bathroom was extremely dirty, there were leftovers in the toaster. 2. The hotel used to provide complimentary water every day. It is no longer the case. 3. Hot water provided for breakfast was disgusting - it was dirty, dark yellow and smelled terribly every day. Hence, we were unable to make some tea. 4. The housemaid moved the personal belongings and clothes around the room at her own discretion. In the meantime she forgot to provide us new towels. 5. Bad breakfasts. 6. Kitchenware was very old and dirty.

Si llamas a recepción atienden rápido.

La limpieza principalmente, estaba muy sucio y limpiaban con instrumentos que no estaban limpios. A mi hijo se le cayó un jugo de naranja y limpiaron poniéndole jabón encima y pasando el trapo. Así que quedó empegostado todo el suelo como por 5 días más. El baño no tiene prácticamente privacidad y no colocan suficientes toallas. La nevera estaba súper sucia.
