Great for younger travellers

Room was reasonably clean for a beach property. This room was very quaint. Reasonable seating space for 2 people. Made use of the coffee and kitchen area. Porch was super cute. Outside seating a bonus. Super thankful for the pull out bed, was small and the comfort level was what you expect from a pull out but helpful. Environmentally thoughtful and earth friendly.

This room was way too small for us. The bed was so close to the wall on one side my toes hit the wall when standing up. The heater situation was also very disruptive to sleep. I think if we were younger and fit, without arthritis etc. the room is fine but we are not. The shower situation was not appealing to us either. It was like standing in a bowl, weird. I think this is a place that is repurposing for the sake of the environment and that is amazing but it needs to be done in a more accommodating way for people in my view.

Really cute and comfortable. The rooms even have porches. Dog friendly. Nice people. We'd definitely go back if we were in the area.

A lovely get a way, peaceful, relaxing and so close to the beach.

We had a lovely time, the staff were kind, friendly and very helpful. Our cottage was spotless and so very charming. The basket of fresh bakery goodies each morning was a bonus. Town was super close, walking distance. We will be back.

The construction at the end of complex, but no worries, that was temporary and I'm sure completed by now.

Bravo! Great service, exceptional accommodations, slept 10 hours in a really comfy bed, surprisingly quiet as there were several cottages in a row, popcorn, coffee, tea AND freshly baked muffins in the morning! Shower was teeny tiny, but with great essentials to leave you squeaky clean. Parking was convenient as I could park right in front of the cottage, which was very helpful. I wanted to move in....sadly I had to leave the next morning but WOW!

You clearly exceeded my expectation so no frowny faces here!

Cute front porch with beautiful hanging baskets. Loved the fireplace & nice kitchen. Beds comfy and very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic family getaway

The cottage was wonderful there was plenty of room for everyone it was walking distance to almost everything which was really nice there was lots of parking on the street for extra cars if I have to give any suggestions it would be to have maybe an ottoman for propping your feet up my feet swell really bad if I don't prop them up and putting them up on the coffee table is kind of uncomfortable and awkward so maybe having a little poof or an ottoman there would be wonderful and also maybe having a baby gate for the stairs for those of us that have grandkids that run fast that would be something nice also. it was a wonderful place we plan to stay again in the future 😊

I can't really think of anything that I disliked the TV was a little hard to figure out at first but we finally did the only thing that I got complaints about from my mother-in-law was the fact that there was no toilet on the top floor which is something that cannot be changed I understand that so 😁 and my older daughter said that the bottom bunk mattress felt like it was sagging in the middle.

Liked the cottage feel - building old and renovations were not done well.

Location was fine. Parking next to door was great. Clean. Fridge, coffee, Tub was fine for bath, jacuzzi didn’t work.

Cute cottage within walking distance to beach and restaurants

This is a cute little cottage in a quiet location, about a two block walk to the beach. I had a nice kitchenette and living room and the bedroom had a partial wall. They have bikes that are free to use and after the long drive I enjoyed cycling on a paved path next to the beach and exploring the town. I loved the old fashioned donuts that came to my room just before 9am. Ate one and took the other two to snack on when I drove south. The 12pm check out was very convenient because I'd booked a 2 hour horseback ride on the beach that ended at 11am. Staff were very friendly.

There is no phone in the cottage which made me uncomfortable. What if I needed to call the reception? This is the first place I've stayed at without a phone in the room. I'm traveling from Canada and trying not to use my cell phone because the cost in the states is an extra $15/day. Having a phone for local calls would have been convenient.

great spot to relax at the beach

we stayed in a cottage with a kitchen and it was great. kitchen amenities included French press, tea kettle, and stove with oven. we had an amazing meal. the pastries in the morning were so delicious everyday. loved the robes, the sauna, everything was perfect
