It was a hectic start but they got everything figured out. Good stay

I've completely forgotten their names but my reservations was messed up, no one could find but one guy went above and beyond, he cared and tried to help and did help. Thankful he was there the evening we arrived

A lot of the front desk help simply said they couldn't find my reservation and that was it, I wish I could remember the guys name, he couldn't find it at first, but he did find it and he a big help!

It was a nice stay but we were really bummed about the pool.

It was very clean and well maintained. We needed a new mini fridge and they replaced it quickly. The facilities were nice and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

The pool was down for repairs all 5 days we were there. There was no compensation for that, nor forewarning. The breakfast was not made with real ingredients, no fresh eggs, meats, etc. Plenty of variety, if you are not on a restricted diet.

The bed was so comfy. Breakfast was delicious Coffee was great

Lumpy beds staff not happy

Location and breakfast

Lumpy soft bed, staff was not happy to be there. Check in at night was good. Kitchen staff, housekeeping and check out staff rude and not to be bothered with simple questions like I am checking out or any sausage or omelettes.

Superb

It was located on the way to our final destination, and Hampton Inn always has great breakfasts.

Restaurant choices were few. After driving, not a fan of getting back in the car to find food.

Was ok but have stayed at better Hamptons..

The room was ok. Location was good. Met great people from all over. Nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy conversations.

We had problems with cards. It would open back door, but not room or open room n not back door.. I have stayed at several Hamptons bc it's always a clean well organized place. This one could use some attention on rooms. My small frig door would not stay closed and wouldn't get cold enough to keep anything. The towels were very rough. Maybe some softener added to wash would help. Over all it was ok.

Some of the staff were very friendly.

The noise from the upper floor , When we turned down the bed a big clump of black dog hair in the sheets, we went to the other bed .The floor was dirty too. Went to front desk first thing in the morning and told them and got no answer, they didn't offer to change sheets ,.

The combination of location, amenities, and value is ideal for me.

We had a king bed and a chaise lounge--kind of a mini-suite. The layout was spacious and convenient. The bathroom felt very luxurious and spacious.

There is nothing negative to say about this location. It I ever need a place in the area to stay again, this Hampton Inn will definitely be at the top of my list of places to try to stay.

It was ok other than the bed and breakfast.

Breakfast was not very good. The person in charge of breakfast fell and had to go to hospital and there was nobody to take her place on preparing the food. What they had sitting out was cold.

The bed could have been a little softer.

We wanted to cancel buy time and three days later we still didn't hear from the property or booking.com

Expected more for the price. Thought front desk attitude was a bit too casual.

Location was optimal.

Upon arrival I used the hotel's first floor public restroom for women and there were no paper towels to dry your hands. Hand sanitizer by the reception desk was also empty. I mentioned that to the manager on duty. Side chair cushion foam in room was too large for the seat and all buckled up. I took a picture. Not in my opinion up to Hilton standards.
