Wonderful cosy hotel with an incredible staff!

The staff is absolutely wonderful at Charming Bellagio! The room was clean, spacious and cool. The pool was cosy and the beds around it were extremely comfortable. I have no remark at all on this wonderful place.

I couldn't think of anything to be honest. Everything was as it should have been!

Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again. The hotel is very modern and clean with all the facilities you need to have a relaxing holiday or to see the sights of lake Como. Absolutely loved our holiday here and everyone was so helpful.

Stunning, peaceful, beautiful. Exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!!!

The staff were exceptional and so accommodating to us (we were traveling with our 18 month old son). The owners were so kind and went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and was very generous. They offered a wide variety of quality food and it was one of the best breakfasts we had on our trip (best omelette we have ever had). The hotel itself was beautifully presented and cared for. The pool and gardens were a highlight. Overall, this was one of our favorite hotels from this Europe trip. It’s peaceful and beautiful and we would book again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! Thank you so much to the wonderful owners and staff for such a memorable stay. You are doing an amazing job and have created a beautiful hotel.

Good standard small hotel, walking distance to the town centre

Very clean, warm welcome, close to the town but quiet and peaceful.

The room was a bit cold. The hot water run out middle of shower.

we’ll located, small bit

very small property, located about a 5-10 minute (flat) walk to the Center of the old town of Bellagio. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. pool area was lovely, although during our stay (mid-September) it was a little too chilly to enjoy. breakfast was huge (Pastries, cold cuts and cheese, bread, fruit, yogurt) and kept us going most of the day!

no complaints! a hot tub outside would have been a wonderful addition to the property on those chillier days abs nights to enjoy after a long days walk.

I don’t think I have ever stayed in a hotel that was so welcoming, helpful, and delightful. Most of the time it was like having a private serviced villa on your own. The breakfasts were outstanding, the pool area wonderful and peaceful. I cannot praise this hotel enough.

Charming, relaxing & fun!

the property was as described in its name, very charming. beautiful landscaping and garden by the pool. Cabanas were great to relax in, the room was very comfortable and clean. great views of the lake. the staff (Fatima &Yasmin, and the others whose names I didn’t get) was so lovely and accommodating and kind. we had a great experience. they were really helpful before we arrived as well to help with booking a boat tour and figuring out how to get there. the property is small so it feels very personal. the spa downstairs is so relaxing and great you get it all to yourself for an hour. we didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but they made us a nice cappuccino and we felt really well taken care of. location was nice that it’s a quick walk to town (10 mins), but in a quiter area so it’s great to come back to

Great location, beautiful views, very accommodating and welcoming

The moment we arrived the girls were so welcoming, gave us instructions to walk down to the town and advice on where to go. Rooms were clean and lovely, balcony views were amazing. Outdoor pool area was lovely and private. Breakfast available although we chose not to have it during our stay. Free prosecco in our room to celebrate a birthday! Would definitely return. Highly recommended.

The spa was very expensive to use, we did not use it.

Perfect relaxing few days!!

Amazing service!! So warm and attentive. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants but enough out of the main area to be peaceful and calm. A perfect escape. The spa area was wonderful to relax in on one of our evenings. Breakfast was perfect and the outdoor area is so well kept. Absolutely would stay here again.

Perfect little hotel with the nicest staff in the world! Recommended to women on solo travel!!

The staff was amazing! They cared for me while being on a solo trip and I have never felt as safe as in this little hotel. Rooms are pretty big for that area with a good sized wardrobe and a kettle. The bathroom was modern and new with enough space for all things for two people (have seen far smaller bathrooms and rooms on double the price in Italy). During my stay I had a small space outside with two modern chairs and a table - perfect for the morning tea and afternoon wine. Jewel of this place is the spa which you prebook and is partly included in the price (1 hour included/day - every further hour costs 40€) - because it is small, you have the spa privately for this time (it fits 2-3 people). Outside you have a small pool and additional tables. The garden is all around the building, so that you can follow the sun the whole day. Parking was freely available for me and next to the hotel. Location is above Pescallo. You reach Bellagio on multiple beautiful ways- never longer walk than 10 minutes. There a many parking spaces near the hotel and in Bellagio, so you can also go by car. Through Pescallo is a very cute food walk through tiny houses with lovely people to Bellagio. An absolut unique place I have seen in Italy and the perfect hospitality so far in my Italy experiences which reach back more than 20 years and include places in Merano, Bolzano, Dolomites, Milano, Bologna, Sorrento, Amalfitana, Umbria, Tuscany, Venice and Sicily.

Some small food in the afternoon / early evening might be a plus for some visitors- for me it wasn’t an issue, as I bought some fruit in Bellagio, put it in the fridge and was happy with the world :)

Perfect place to stay

You could not ask for a more perfect place to stay. The ladies that run it are so friendly and helpful, making you feel really at home. This is also a great location - a little out of the main town so it’s peaceful but still only a short walk away. The rooms are spacious & spotlessly clean. We had a room with balcony a lake view which we really enjoyed. The spa is such a bonus - we really enjoyed our private use of this on our second day. There are so many great activities nearby eg kayaking, bike rental, boat rental - all of which we really enjoyed. After a day of activities, Charming Bellagio is so great to come back to relax either at the pool or spa or on the balcony. It really felt like a home from home.

Nice hotel in family style

+ A clean hotel with family house style + very very comfortable bed mattress. + own garden and green yard with a swimming pool which is usable. I tried and was nice! + nice view + helpful and nice staff, not "over-friendly". + good breakfast even though only seemingly three households of guests in the hotel at the time of our stay + WC room well facilitated + Location good. Bellagio is not big. 15 minutes walk to the ferry points. + A small and cozy Italien pizzeria restaurant 2 minutes walk away, which opens till 23:30. For those who like to stay awake long and get hungry in the night. + Good value for money.

- Bedroom is traditionally furnished which is not necessarily our style. But hey, it's a matter of taste. - Parking is not privately owned. Please read carefully in advance and find a public parking lot by yourself. We paid 20 EUR per night.
