goed hotel, maar daar betaal je ook flink voor

Ruime, schone kamer met airco. Genoeg betaalde parkeergelegenheid.

Het ontbijt voldoet niet aan Europese standaard. De kamerprijs is wel erg hoog.

The staff was exceptionally kind but parking should be considered as part of the rate of the room.

I was not aware that I would be charged $15 per day for self parking in the parking lot of the hotel. I have been to several hotels over the last six months and I never had to pay to park in the parking lot of the hotel.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! Our room was spacious and comfortable. When we left my daughter left her Nintendo Switch behind and we didn't notice until a week later. When we called the staff had put it away and had it ready for us to pickup at the front desk.

Great stay! Wonderful staff!

The staff was exceptional! I'm sorry, I don't remember the young ladies name that checked us in, but all the handicapped parking was taken and she made sure we had a place upfront! Miss Ernestine was wonderful! She made sure we had everything we needed and brought coffee to me as well!! Absolutely no complaints!

Altogether, it was a great place to stay for a night or two.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and how modern and up to date it was and also that it was close to restaurants and attractions. Loved how there was blackout curtains.

The bed was very uncomfortable as it was very hard.

I also love that checkout was at 12, and there was a grille on site along with a little snack area

I like that breakfast was until 10, that let us sleep in a little longer!

One Stop Hop (and I said it right - hop, not shop)

I loved everything from the atmosphere once entering the building, the decor in the lobby area, the bar & grill that I knew nothing about, and the breakfast was pretty good as well.

I have no complaints.

Fantastic and convenient!

It was close to UAB Women’s and Children’s and a lot of places to eat!

We left the property before check out just for an appointment and returned to our room two hours before check out and someone had already been in cleaning it like we had checked out.

I will be back again!

The bed & the couch was comfortable. Love the basic view. The staff was 100/10 such an amazing staff. The breakfast was great.

The Home 2 Suites was perfect for our stay in Birmingham while my Mom had her surgery and stay in the hospital.

Location. This property is near UAB Hospital.

I can't think of anything.

We were not pleased with what the hotel had to offer. Will not stay here again.

Walking distance to a couple of night entertainment

Room was in the hallway with elevators noisy, hot water ran out quickly, the toilet was messed up, and way over priced… even charged the customers to park on the property…

Did the job for an overnight for a concert! Would stay again 😊

The location was perfect - a half mile from our concert venue. It was very clean & the breakfast was satisfactory.

The soap dispenser had been ripped off the wall in the shower, & there was no shampoo in the shower either. The staff was very nice when we told them though. We were only staying for one night, so we didn’t need it replaced.

I guess I expected better for the money.

Breakfast wasn’t as good as the Holiday Inn Express

Food we ordered for dinner was cold had to send it back. They only had one wait person. And perhaps only one cook. The wait was crazy long. The wall mount bath soap dispenser was totally empty. The attention to detail in the cleaning was lacking. Things like the top edge of the tile baseboards had not been cleaned or the corners of the floors.

The room was spacious. Enjoyed the pool.

Staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Phone in our room didn't work and only found this out at midnight when we heard hollering in the room next door. Proceeded to use my cell phone to call front desk and they never answered. I tried for 20 minutes then gave up. At checkout, they sits just leave your keys and go. There was never a conversation of the bill she just said go. I didn't even get a chance to voice my concerns about broken items in the room.
