Sadly

I've stayed at the escape more than couple times, it's comfortable and pleasant.

I found it odd that the cleanliness of the room was below standard. Dust on bathroom vents that's been there for more than a couple months. Dust on cabinet doors, pictures, headboard, light switches and so on.

The Escape hotel is magnificent and I will be returning!

I had a special situation where I only needed a room for a cpla hours ( basically 3.5) while I waited for my family member to meet me. Then we were headed back to drive to NY, Paul’s allowed me access to the room immediately. She asked that I remain quiet during my visit, there were overnight nurses there trying to sleep before returning to their next shift. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and overall comfort of this hotel room. I immediately fell asleep on the extremely comfortable Serta pillow-top mattress, as soon as my head hit the pillow! I wasn’t there long ( 3 hours) before I had to cut my trip short to meet and pick up family . I will definitely return. This hotel was amazing!

Wonderful stay in Lewisburg

Beautiful little apartment with all the amenities. Great location and super clean.

The neighbors were a bit noisy.

Great Stay!

I was staying from out of town for a funeral. The location was great! So many cute little shops and restaurants all within a close walking distance. The Escape was very clean! The bed was comfortable. I liked that you are provided with a key code for the main front door as well as your individual room. The area felt very safe, even though I was traveling solo.

When I arrived, it was late (close to 10pm) and all the street parking was taken up. I had to park in a large parking lot at the bottom of the hill - I'm not sure if it's meant for overnight parking -but my car was still there the next day :) Also, while overall quiet, the hotel is like an apartment, so depending on who your neighbors are (above in particular) you may get some extra noise.

Perfect little hidden gem!

The location was easy to find, great detail was put into the brand of person hygiene products, the k-cups were an added bonus, and an easy walk to the shops in town. The owner put thought into the comfort of the guest by providing quality bed linens, towels and washcloths, there was even a wash cloth for removing makeup.

The only issue is the property not being sound proof. We could hear people in the stair ways and halls. I’m sure other guest could hear us as well.

Walkable location and very quiet

Limited Street parking required us to park about a block away. Not a huge deal breaker just a little difficult trying to manage two kids and a pack and play

Home away from home.

The room was immaculate, the bathroom and complementary toiletries was fantastic, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in! the location was perfect, we could walk to restaurants and shops.

The Escape is a perfect place to stay.

The room was beautiful -all the comforts of home.

The TV guide didn’t show what was on each channel, so I had to try each one I normally use. Too many stairs. But I can rectify that by staying on 1st floor next time.

no breakfast with room. The location was good. It was very clean.

My Mom is 92. She had a hard time with the steps . It would be nice to have an easier way for older people to ge up the steps.

would never stay here again even though the location is perfect for my needs when I come to Lewisburg

it was nicely laid out, clean and spacious

the walls are paper thin, so everything from the next room (coughing, talking, microwave,) was heard. The floors are hardwood tile so any chairs being moved and walking noise is heard. Street noise was also loud and there was road work being done in front of the hotel so napping during the day to make up for the lack of sleep at night was not possible

the art work was not coherent - it seemed like an after-thought and was jarring

A great place to stay!

It was so nice and clean! The sheets smelled wonderful. I was so glad to see the bottles of water as well. The bathroom was great, especially the shower!

There was nothing to dislike!
