Clean , comfortable place to stay

Clean and comfy

The AC would turn on and off constantly. There was no option for just running the fan it was either AC or heat

Unexpectedly pleasant stay.

Clean, functional quiet room. Nice view. Super friendly staff.

There was no closet. A few hangers would allow customers to hang up some of their clothes.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rangeley Saddleback Inn. Nothing fancy, just clean, comfortable rooms at a very affordable price. Very close to skiing Saddleback Mountain and to town to grab dinner. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice bonus, too!

I know they were short staffed and they were upfront about not having a daily cleaning. But we were there for four days so at least a trash pick up would have been nice. But really wasn't a big deal.

Very expensive for what you got

Staff friendly

Poor condition of rooms (wall by bath tub rotten, gaps in vinyl flooring planks), cheap paper products, too few outlets (could not plug in appliances at the same time), poor lighting (only one centralized for entire bathroom), only one bar of soap to switch between shower and sink. Hot tub was very dirty around ring which turned suds dirty. Exposed wiring at entryway to pool area.

NICE!!

Lovely Staff, clean room good WIFI. So happy to get there after driving in snow storm all day.

Nothing to do with hotel, not a fan of rural Maine in January.

Superb

No breakfast but microwave and fridge allowed us to bring our own. The hot tub and pool were clean and curiously empty but great for us after skiing.

The heater in the room may have been malfunctioning, it only seemed to be blowing cold air. The room did not get uncomfortably cold.

The staff are so sweet and helpful. Everything was exceptionally clean.

The was nothing wrong with anything. It's a motel run by very nice people.

Very good staff. The hot water broke and they gave us the room for no charge. Pool area is clean.

probably wouldn't return.

The location was nice. Close to town.

Room not ready. Beds not made when we arrived. Room needed a complete cleaning. beds EXTREMLY uncomfortable. Actually left a day early because of the beds. Couldn't do another night.

Great place to stay!

This reservation was made last minute, but the staff were excellent, the room and bathroom were very clean, and it was a no-nonsense check-in and check-out. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Superb

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I got an earlier check-in without additional cost. The setting was beautiful ~right on the lake.

Very stressful experience.

They didn't have our reservation and there were no available rooms for us. And the town only had 3 hotels. We found one room and had to pay a lot more.

The staff are fantastic, easy going, welcoming and accommodating. The location is great too!

The units are old and the pillows are quite uncomfortable. Just updating the comforters and pillows would make a huge difference.

This is a pretty standard hotel room, with two full beds, TV, and a mini fridge. our room also had a Keurig which was a nice addition. The shower was nice and hot and everything was very clean. Front office staff was extremely nice.

Wonderful!

Room was clean and well equipped. Nice pool area. Beautiful view from room! Staff incredibly friendly and helpful!

The view was beautiful

There was no restaurant/ bar, bbq grills or fire pits as stated also ther pool was very cold. No pool towels
