About this villa rental
'Green Villa' is a charming villa ideal for those who wish a peaceful and relaxing holiday without sacrificing the comforts of their own home in a country setting. A “modern cube” house with a large garden, located just a few miles from Mondello, (Palermo). Stylish and minimal furnishings, large common spaces, also ideal for families with children and pets. The villa has a beautifully well-kept lawn with playground for children. The whole property, on two levels, is at exclusive use of guests. On the ground floor we'll have a beautiful and modern kitchen, a living room furnished in contemporary style, with a beautiful white sofa, “Calligaris” dining table and “kartell” chairs, 50-inch TV and open-fireplace, bathroom. The house is equipped with mosquito nets in each room, internet WI-FI and air conditioning. On the first floor, a double bedroom beautifully furnished, bathroom, a lovely room with queen-size bed, furnished with care and love. There is also a child bed and a camp bed for children.
The outdoor area is very large and tastefully decorated, equipped with comfortable lounge and armchairs, table and chairs for alfresco dining, barbecue, bicycles and washing machine.
The most important shopping mall in Sicily, the Conca d'Oro, is at 2min drive. The villa is strategically located near the entrance to the motorway, ideal for touring the island.

Cozy villa equipped with everything you need for the short or long stay. Viviana and Frederico were the most welcoming and caring hosts we've ever met. Everytime we had any issue the help was provided immediately. The suggestions what to visit, what to do, where to eat made our holidays a lot easier. We would definitely will stay there again!

Beautiful property in a great location. Perfect place for our kids to unwind especially on the trampoline. House was super clean and gave us a lot of space for our family of four. Owner was there to greet us and helped us find grocery stores, attractions and places to eat. Greasy stay.

Meravigliosa vacanza!
Ci siamo davvero sentiti come a casa nostra! Ci siamo divertiti a cucinare, giocare in giardino, ammirare il bellissimo panorama e godere della pace e la tranquillità di questo piccolo angolo di paradiso! Perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione. Una bella villa immersa nel verde, pulita, accogliente con arredamenti moderni, funzionali e di buon gusto. pavimento in parquet, cucina super accessoriata. Giardino curato con giochi per bambini e lettini solarium a disposizione. Vicina al bellissimo mare di Mondello supermercati e locali. Viviana è una padrona di casa favolosa, ci ha accolti con gentilezza con un cesto di benvenuto con prodotti tipici e non, molto apprezzati! È rimasta a nostra disposizione per tutta la durata della vacanza dandoci dei preziosi consigli. Grazie infinite anche per averci dato la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente del late check-out. We hebben met veel plezier verbleven in de woning. Veel faciliteiten voor kleine kinderen. Mooie grote tuin. Rustige en veilige plek. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Een auto is wel noodzakelijk.

Lovely holiday house
We had a really nice stay here with our 2 little kids. The house is very beautifull with a very big garden for kids to play in. Viviana is a very warm and welcoming host, on arrival there was a very thoughtfull basket with local snacks in it. Thank you!

Séjour magnifique
Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine chez Viviana et Federico qui sont des hôtes d'exceptions! Nous arrivions dans la soirée, et Viviana et Federico nous ont accueilli avec un panier de bienvenue plein de bonnes choses! La maison est tout confort, on ne manque de rien. Le jardin pour nos enfants de 3 ans et 10 mois nous a ravi! Nous nous sentions comme chez nous, il fait bon vivre chez vous! Merci encore !

Traum Villa
Wir können wirklich nur weiter empfehlen, die Lage ist wunderschön, sehr ruhig und nicht zu weit vom Strand. Der Empfang sehr freundlich, Viviana hat uns die Villa vorgestellt, einen wunderschönen Korb mit Lebensmittel für den Anfang. Die Villa ist sehr sauber, und das Bett bequem. Die Terasse und der Grill ist ideal, die meiste Zeit haben wir auf die Terasse verbracht. Danke Viviana 😁 wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüsse Tamara

Ruhig gelegenes Haus in der Nähe von Palermo
Das Haus liegt zwischen Mondello und Palermo und ist wunderbar geeignet von dort viele Ausflüge zu starten. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da die Bushaltestelle etwas entfernt liegt. Neben Palermo (das man auch mit dem Bus gut erreichen kann) waren wir in Cefalu, Solinunte und am Etna. Besonders gut hat uns eine Wanderung auf dem Monte Pellegrino und zum Sacrificio Rosalia gefallen - für den etwas anstrengenden Anstieg durch die Schlucht waren die Temperaturen perfekt!
Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Federico empfangen und haben uns insbesondere sehr über den Willkommenskorb mit vielen leckeren Sachen gefreut - dafür noch einmal herzlichen Dank!
Das Haus ist bestens eingerichtet, so dass wir uns als 4-köpfige Familie mit zwei großen Söhnen wohlfühlen konnten: ein großer Grillplatz und ein großer Kühlschrank ließen keine Wünsche offen.
Den großzügigen Außenbereich konnten wir leider nur zum Frühstück nutzen, abends war es Ende Oktober leider zu kalt, um draußen zu sitzen. Vielen Dank an Viviana und Federico für die nette Betreuung!

Wunderschönes Haus mit großem Garten
Das Mietobjekt hat uns wirklich restlos begeistert! Das moderne Haus war sehr sauber, hochwertig und geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der große gepflegte Garten ist komplett umzäunt, also ideal für Familien mit Kindern, da man die Kleinen sorgenfrei im Garten spielen lassen kann.
Bei unserer Ankunft war eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man sonst in Ferienhäuser erstmal besorgen muss (Gewürze, Wasser, Toilettenpapier, Seife, Spülmaschinentabs usw) und die Vermieterin hatte sogar einen großen Willkommenskorb mit Lebensmitteln, Wein usw. für uns bereit gestellt.
Das Haus ist wirklich uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, auch wenn man mit dem Auto 5 Minuten zum Strand fahren muss.

Tolles Haus in sehr schöner Lage
Das Haus ist sehr schön und top ausgestattet - auch die Lage ist prima, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand von Mondello oder in Palermo. Mondello eignet sich auch gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Cefalu oder Agrigent. Das Haus und der Garten ist sehr familienfreundlich eingerichtet.
Und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und großzügig - alles war perfekt organisiert und vorbereitet.

Green Villa wunderbar
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Green Villa. Das Haus ist super schön und modern, hervorragend geeignet für ausgiebige Grillabende mit Freunden und Familie. Der Strand von Mondello ist an guten Tagen traumhaft! Viviana ist eine bezaubernde und sehr liebenswürdig Gastgeberin die sich ganz wunderbar um ihre Gäste kümmert.

Perfect Family Home
We were a family of 3 adults and 2 young children and the house was perfect for our needs. The house had fantastic toys in the garden for the girls to play with and additional toys inside. The house comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from plenty towels, to all kitchen requirements to sky tv and wifi. Vivianna met us at the garage and showed us how to get there which was a massive help as we would never have found it on our own!
She gave us recommendations of local trips, beeches etc and the welcome basket on arrival was just lovely. A fantastic house for our first trip to Italy.
Would highly recommend staying here as we were not disappointed.

Schönes Haus
Wir waren zu viert in dem Haus von Viviana für 14 Tage Urlaub. Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden, alles wurde erklärt, es gab zudem einen Willkommenskorb mit Früchten, Nudeln, Obst, Wasser etc. - Klasse ! Das Haus war ideal für uns, von dort konnten wir alles gut erreichen. Viviana hat uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc..
Wir haben diese 14 Tage genossen und die Seele einfach baumeln lassen, das ging zudem hervorragend mit der Terrasse, die wir immer nutzen. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir fast nicht gebraucht, da auch die Temperaturen das ermöglichten. In den ersten Tagen war es noch sehr heiß, da war die Klimaanlage für die Nächte sehr willkommen. Es hat nichts gefehlt, alles hat tadellos funktioniert, so wünscht man sich das.
Wir wurden auch wieder sehr herzlich verabschiedet. Kurzum ein Urlaub genauso wie wir uns ihn gewünscht und vorgestellt hatten.

PERFECT!
We stayed 2 weeks in July-Aug 2015. It was really hot in Sicily and GREEN VILLA was REAL OASIS! Some days we just stayed in and enjoyed it, only getting out to buy fresh fish and shrimps for BBQ;-) It is a bit away from the city center and you have complete privacy! Amazing view of Natural Reserve from your bedroom window and the patio, which we enjoy every evening with a glass of local wine. Sicilian food and wine is out of this world! Viviana gave us great recommendations on places to eat out or get local specialties. We did StrEat Food Tour per her recommendation and learned some much! She also has a great collection of books on art, culture, history, food of Sicily which we could enjoy and pick up ideas from. The house was perfect, exactly like on the pictures! The hospitality was beyond any expectations! - from welcome basket to personalized recommendations and arrangements. We really enjoyed our stay and have the greatest memories!

Un seul regret : sejour trop court
Idéalement située à quelques minutes du centre et de la plage de Mondello mais perdue dans un écrin de verdure face à la montagne, avec le chant des grillons pour seul bruit de fond, la villa cube est un cocon design et chaleureux, décoré avec goût par Viviana. Pratique, agréable, confortable, la villa fut notre coup de coeur pendant ce voyage. Les petit-déjeuners ou les BBQ en soirée sur la terrasse avec cette vue imprenable nous manqueront ! Viviana est une hôtesse souriante, dynamique, attentionnée. Elle a travaillé dans le tourisme et ça se sent : litterie, serviettes, guides, conseils, elle se plie en quatre pour satisfaire. N'hésitez plus, réservez :)

Sehr schöne Ferienvilla!
Wir hatten das Ferienhaus für 2 Wochen gemietet und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Viviana empfing uns sehr herzlich und hatte einen grossen Willkommenskorb mit allem Nötigen für den ersten Abend vorbereitet. Einfach Spitze!
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine schöne und hochwertige Ausstattung, selten bei Ferienhäusern.
Viviana und Ihr Mann Frederico sind die Besitzer und 24 Std erreichbar. Sie halten viele Tipps und Anregungen, bzg. Restaurants, Einkauf, Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc., bereit. Der Strand ist 5 Min. vom Haus entfernt und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls.
Das Haus liegt abseits der Hauptstrasse in einem kleinen Wohngebiet und ist über 2 geschlossene Einfahrten erreichbar, also sehr sicher. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und der Garten mit einem Spielplatz für die Kleinen ausgestattet.
Hervorzuheben ist die grosszügige Sommerküche mit Grill.
Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Air-Condition, Internet funktionieren gut und der extra grosse Fernseher mit Sendern in allen Sprachen und eine DVD Sammlung, lassen sogar einen Regentag gut aushalten.
Moskitonetze sind an allen Fenstern angebracht.

Bon séjour
Maison propre, fonctionnelle et conforme au descriptif.
Plage de Mondello à 5 min en voiture, Palerme se trouve à proximité.
Supermarché Auchan à 5 min en voiture.
Viviana sait recevoir ses hôtes ,elle vous offre gentillesse, soins et de multiples infos des sites à visiter. Elle vous accueille avec le sourire même tardivement dans la soirée.
Une première grande chambre avec un grand lit et des grands placards, la deuxième mériterait un lit plus grand pour pouvoir accueillir deux adultes.
Dans la cage d'escalier, une grande baie vitrée qui offre une vue lointaine sur la mer mais également sur un parking de camions poubelles, qui ne nuit en rien au quotidien à part le désagrément visuel lorsque l'on accède à l'étage, peut être un store permettrait une occultation et une parade contre l'apport de chaleur en été.
En résumé maison propre, agréable et propriétaire extrêmement sympathique !

From start to finish our stay at Green Villa was perfect! Viviana who owns the house met us at a nearby petrol station to show us the way as it is slightly off the beaten track so that was much appreciated. Then we were astounded at such a welcome to a rental home, she had a beautiful hamper of Italian goods, wine, fruit and lots of bottles of water which was amazing as when you arrive on a nighttime flight you can't get provisions. She even went as far as getting in nappies for my daughter and a lovely gift of a bucket and spade! All of these gestures go above and beyond normal holiday rental experiences. The house itself is really tastefully decorated with very high quality modern furniture and every conceivable implement you could want in a kitchen, and with a great Nespresso machine for us coffee lovers. She even leaves a sizeable DVD collection to watch on the massive flat screen. The house is really comfortable with air con in every room which was a welcome relief in the Sicilian heat. The outside area is just as lovely, and comfortable as the inside with really nice furniture, loungers, BBQ and a sizeable garden. The golden sandy beach which very well serviced was only a 5 min drive away as we're supermarkets and food shops. Viviana and Federico were excellent and assured us they were available 24 hours a day should we need to contact them. We have rented a lot of houses in areas such as the South of France and Tuscany and Viviana's standard set the bar very high and I wish other rental properties were as well equipped and had the attention to detail that she and Federico offer with this property. It's was excellent.
