Stunning hotel

Friendly welcome from reception and a very nice rum punch on arrival too. Wonderful room and great rooftop pool and bar. Great location for Main Street and very walkable to everywhere. Good valet service too.

Disappointed

Great location - lots of restaurants nearby. Liked the roof top bar and pool although a helicopter was hovering over it for quite some time and the noise was unbearable.

The lobby and rooms are very stark and cold. Shower floor very slippery. Art on the walls is very disappointing. The hotel is too expensive, we especially did not like the daily recreation fee for things we never used. Valet parking $43/day seems outrageous for a small town garage.

Excellent! Staff/Service was great.

I didn’t enjoy the loudness of the music playing in common areas. Nor the overhead speaking in the bathroom by your automated system. In both areas a relaxing and lower frequency level music would have been more enjoyable.

Clean, comfortable and friendly.

All the add-on expenses. The $28 plus tax on the facility charge bumped the rate higher than you would expect. A one time fee of $28 is more in line for the services received and not each day. A hotel of this nature usually has a free shuttle to and from the airport.

Only two things with really the first one of value: 1- Valet staff is annoyingly tip-hungry 2- Water pressure could be higher

beautiful hotel staff was fantastic great location lovely amenities

pool and restaurant frequently rented out to private parties and not available to guests. pool is open to the public-one day it was full of frat boy types who used vulgar language, smoked, and had a loud discussions about where they itched. :(. cabana prices were ridiculous

It was lovely hotel with the sole issue being the valet issues with lateness and lost keys…

Most requests were answered very quickly and efficiently, and the food was excellent! The room was lovely and clean!!

We had an issue retrieving our car twice out of three days…. 20 minutes late one day and “misplaced keys” the next which resulted in 30 minutes late…

loved the room, design and comfortable beds, Drawing paper/ pens and great products from Molton Brown. gallery at the hotel (floors and lobby) tour everyday. great breakfast! pool are is nice and good food

Location! Beautiful hotel!! Love the Art showcase!!

Food!!! We had a very expensive fried chicken sandwich $18 at the rooftop pool. It was almost inedible!! Come on! At least make it a tasty sandwich! The drinks average $15+ but it does have a beautiful view! (Happy Hour is at the lobby bar not the rooftop bar).
