About this villa rental

This large holiday home (600 sqm) is ideal for groups of people holidaying together or for families. It is completely furnished and extends over four floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, billiard table, football, playstation, a gym, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the third floor has a living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Every floor has a covered balcony. The terraces have a beautiful view of the sea shore and the Island of Brijuni. The garden has a 40 sqm swimming pool, a barbecue, a playground for children with swings, seesaw and slides. There is a parking space for 4 cars available on this fenced property. This holiday home is at the end of a quiet road. NOT ALLOWED FOR YOUTH GROUPS. A visit to the Brijuni National Park is recommended. The Island of Brijuni is well known for scenic beauty and rich variety. The Brijuni group of Islands is under nature conservation. Frequent ships sail to the islands from the city of Pula, ensuring good connectivity. Driving in the National Park is a unique experience, which however is allowed only for licensed driving centres. The city of Pula has many tourist attractions and a vibrant nightlife. Here you can enjoy a perfect holiday, be it an active holiday or a getaway from the daily stress.

Wir waren mit 4 Familien in diesem schönem , super gelegenem Haus. Der Verwalter Nikola war immer erreichbar und hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden! Zwischenreinigung nach einer Woche Top! Wir kommen gerne wieder!🤗

The property was perfect for our large group family reunion, including children and grandparents. The home was clean, spacious and modern and was very accurately described in the property details. Nikola was a great host and made us feel very welcome. He was incredibly fast to respond to any requests we had, very easy to contact and was very friendly and helpful. The house allows for everyone to have their own space. There was plenty of comfortable indoor and outdoor seating and the views from the top floor balconies were amazing! We used rental cars to explore Pula, Rovinj and Fazana, however the local beach can be reached with a moderate walk and taxi's were reasonably easy to arrange to get to Pula / Fazana for more restaurant choices. We had a great holiday, thank you very much Nikola!!

Myself and 15 friends came to stay in this beautiful villa for Dimensions festival in August. Nikolas was very welcoming and made our stay in the villa really enjoyable. The villa is beautiful inside and out. 3 kitchens makes it easy for everyone to cook their food. Bedrooms were lovely and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Beautiful views from the balconies and a good view of the festival from the top floor. We would 100% recommend and can't wait to hopefully stay again next year. Thanks Nikolas! Xx
