Large rooms but that’s it. Wound t stay again.
Central location
At check in we were told AC not working so it was hot in the room overnight. Like 75.l +. Front desk gave confusing instructions for off property parking garage. Reiners restaurant was terrible.

Large hotel, but nice feeling and lovely rooms
The room was huge, a sitting room, seperate bedroom and large bathroom, Excellent location, easy to park around the corner. We did not eat in the hotel but plenty of choice nearby

It was fine, but I would likely not recommend to a friend or associate.
Liked the location and the charm of the facilities.
The temperature of our room was very cold (67 degrees) after numerous attempts to raise the temperature to a reasonable 74 degrees, I brought the matter to the front desk. Unfortunately, this did nothing to correct the problem.

Better options nearby. If updated, I would come back.
Location is great.
The hotel rooms are in need of a refresh. The hotel has a classic feel, but the rooms are aged.

Would avoid this property.
Location was convenient
There was mold coming out of the shower head. I told the staff, they were not very helpful. The hotel is a bit dated and needs a thorough cleaning.

Beautiful property in a great location.
The rooms themselves were very comfortable, spacious and cute. Traveling with friends the number or mirrors was great. The bathroom lighting was lacking and hard to see yourself getting ready.
Coming and going was a bit disappointing with help with bags. We had a number of bags and when we arrived the bellman was going off duty and didn't help us get into the building or up to our room. We arrived about 5/530. The next day we stored our bags for the day, again putting the bags in the storage room we helped with and then also helped get them from the storage room as the bellman sat there. When we left they again didn't help open doors and one of the automatic doors was blocked and not working. Not a huge issue, but disappointing for the price you pay for a room to stay here.

Mediocre hotel, terrible experience, trashy guests
Good location
Terrible experience. The hotel locks its doors at night. I don’t mean terribly late either. Like 8 pm. If you’re checking in you have to ring a bell. There’s only one person behind the desk and it’s a big hotel. They cannot open the door from the desk. So if they’re checking someone in or getting a crib to someone who called, you just wait outside with your kid in the cold until they show up. Very rudimentary basic fails. As I was checking in with my young son, this happened to another guest. He was irate and drunk and started screaming at the receptionist once he was let in. No security or anyone else nearby so I waited around with my son to make sure this horrible drunk does not assault the receptionist. Then the next morning we waited just over 20 minutes for an elevator to come to the 10th floor. Evidently two of their three elevators were not functioning and, again, this is a big hotel and they were hosting several wedding parties. Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve had.
