It was convenient to the Tesla Supercharger.

The kitchen wasn’t stocked with dishes, and we didn’t get in until midnight. With no coffee maker or tea kettle, we couldn’t make a cup of tea without going back to the front desk. I didn’t see anything in the listing or a reminder to request coffee cups in advance. All we needed were cups for tea.

Great location near Mt Rushmore. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I liked the convenience to downtown.

We were provided towels for one day and had to ask for additional.

Key card didn't work correctly the whole time. The front desk staff had to come up a few times and they still didn't work right....but they were so nice and helpful.

Location very close to Mt Rushmore. This was one of many trips taken there to show family Mt Rushmore. Front office staff super friendly and helpful. Parking right in front of our room.

Nothing really. It was ok. Breakfast not really very good. Limited options no hot food except little sausages.

We liked how clean they kept our rooms. They restocked our supplies. We liked the puzzles in the hallway.

I am diabetic and struggled with the breakfast choices. Pancakes and waffles are okay for others, but don't take away eggs on those days.

There was a constant compressor type noise non-stop. We could hear it over the air conditioner. Very annoying. It never stopped...so room not quiet.

We stayed in the family suite and it was wonderful. Lots of room for 5 of us . Definitely would book it again!

Loved the location. So close to Mt. Rushmore. We booked last minute and weren’t expecting much but we’re just hoping for clean rooms. The rooms were clean, the beds we’re comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our toddler to run.

We never used the pool due to the high chlorine content but we run into that problem at every hotel lol.

The facilities were very clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was clean and spacious. The location was wonderful, close to Mt. Rushmore, driving distance to Wind Cave, Custer, Hot Springs, Deadwood and so much more!
