I will not be returning.

Breakfast was good

There was no hot tub as advertised, which was the reason I booked my stay there. The pool was had obviously not been cleaned. I was disgusting. A member of the staff attempted to enter my room at 9:30 while I was changing clothes, which was humiliating. I was very disappointed.

1 lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Alot of hair was visibly clogged in the shower drain, There weird steins in multiple places, house keeping wasn't even present on the night we got there to clean the hair in the shower, and we once asked several times for towels and did not get them. Hotel has a gorgeous look, but some of the workers need to do better.

The staff was great, condition of the room was disappointing; for the cost we expected much better.

The staff was excellent. They were visible, had great attitudes, and the hospitality was top-notch.

When we got into the room evidence of the previous quest was very visible. There were remnants of party favors still attached to the ceiling of the room above the beds, The trash (food containers and bags) were still in the trash can near the tv/dresser. The beds were not neatly made up. They looked as though they were just thrown together in haste. The bathroom could have been a bit tidier but I always sanitize and reclean before we utilize it. There was only one set of towels yet we booked the room for 3 adults.

Breakfast wasn't worth the price! Everyday it was sausage and veggie omelet and biscuit and gravy.. 1 day they added bacon!

I would stay again but I do recommend checking your room!

The property was in a great location and the breakfast was awesome !

The check-in process was ok but other customers caused a big altercation and the front desk staff was there alone and management was not onsite to contain the situation. also my room was missing an iron and we never received one.

A place to visit while in Columbus MS.

The evening worker, Leonard was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and comfortable. The location was great and near everything.

I don't have any complaints, I will be booking very soon. I would like if there was maybe a channel guide in the room.

If we had been staying longer than one day i would have asked for a cleaner room.

Breakfast was not bad. I like sugar free coffee mate, most hotels don't offer it. It's not a hardship I can't live with but it would be nice to have the option.

The room had a damp musty smell, possibly from the carpet. Everything else was clean.
