horrible pillows i paid 190 dollars for horrible pillows i was so tired i couldnt get no sleep due to our pillows in that hot hot room

Breakfast was excellent. Quality food and good variety

Tv did not work. Staff had no idea how to repair it. Shower head was mounted so high you couldn't change direction or adjust. Install higher stools also in the bathroom

We came to Edgewood to attend a niece's wedding and found a place we can return to @ Comfort Inns.

The breakfast was far better than most hotel offerings. My husband was especially pleased.

The local water was the only draw back, but the front desk provided bottled water.

Decent, really comfy beds.

Breakfast was good, returned to full self service,

Wifi kept kicking out, what seem to be a stain underneath the duvet, and hair in bathtub when I filled up the tub.

Beware if you are looking for a handicapped room

Room was large and comfortable. Nice breakfast staff person and good food.

Requested a handicapped room and was put on the 3rd floor at the end of the hallway. Not really what I consider appropriate. No restaurants near by that are any good.

Not a fan. Won’t stay at another comfort inn.

The hallways and rooms smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The beds were lacking comfort.

This property is a nice spot for short stays.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There was no good place to take your dog to relieve itself. All rocks or pavement which was too hot for their paws. Recommend making a nice spot for pets outside.

The gentleman at the front counter was very nice and upgraded us to a suite

There was a creepy guy probably 50 checking out my teen daughter's in the pool and then the next day during breakfast

Overall good for what we needed..... The breakfast situation was disappointing

Very friendly and helpful staff.

We chose this location as we were passing through and needed a quick breakfast before getting back on the road. The breakfast area was basically still closed off for Covid and they had 1 person grabbing food for everyone. There was a large group ahead of us and they were all getting pancakes/waffles.....each person was over 3 minutes. We ended up leaving as a result. We also had a pretty good stain on one of the bed sheets.

Will definitely choose another hotel. You felt like you was being watched

The size of the room and availability to the highway.

The breakfast was horrible the man would not let anyone make their own. He said he wanted to keep it clean. Expecting everyone to tip him. We had to wait 45 min to get our food. Which he was touching with no gloves. Then sprayed disinfectant all over our food and ignored us when we asked not to spray it. Another lady came in he let her make her own plate because” she was there earlier “ I was extremely disappointed over the way breakfast was ran. The front desk clerk was rude. We went to swim. He came down and stood at the door watching us treating us like children as we sat in the hot tub. We felt stalked. Don’t do this you can’t do that. We were just trying to set there.
