The guy at the front desk denied me service and I have not received a refund

Clean Room

Roomy clean accommodation. Only issue-pool was not open. Had no water! Breakfast was simple but good. Friendly staff.

Reservation was no good, turned away

Booking.com reservation was not honored, we were turned away at front desk due to no vacancy, it was late and we were forced to stay in a roach motel

The bed was super comfortable. Probably one of the best sleep I've had in a long time

The floors were in the entry way and hallways were full of dried mud pieces everywhere it makes the place look dirty. The breakfast options were very disappointing.

I do not recommend this hotel!

Did not like anything about this stay. Room was overpriced for value received. Both night clerk and morning clerk were not that great.

Location was very very noisy. Extreme road noise from I-20 located less than 120 yards away. There should have been better sound proofing insulation in the construction. An alternative would be adding fencing and/or landscaping to reduce noise. I'm almost 70 and like to travel... when I say a room is the noisiest ever? Wow, poor sleep. Also, bathroom door was not good. Major drag and it scraped on floor worse than any door ever. Loud, obnoxious and disruptive. Booking dot com listing said the breakfast offering was very good. Breakfast was poor, cereal & cereal bars. More to say here but no space...

Rooms are nice but stay could have been better they know that side of the hotel is very noisey.

Even though hotel was not full I was put in a very noisey room on the side of a busy interstate. Also the room had no heat. Control did not work. Also the emergency exit doors were locked, I was told only the front doors worked to get into the place.

Easy parking, friendly staff, clean and spacious room, good price.

Very good, already booked again for following weekend.

The room was nicely arranged and comfortable. It was nice having coffee available in the lobby all the time.

The outside traffic noise was terrible, but I think it was because of the road being under construction.

The newer building. The quick access to 20.

The bathroom lights flickered like a sycadellic dance floor. I went to front desk and asked that be fixed. When I came back to my room the next day it had not been fixed. I went back to the front desk and the attendant gave me some lights bulbs and I changed them myself

Clean, spacious, up-to-date room with a kitchen and a comfy bed.

Excellent location. Clean, up-to-date and spacious rooms. Kitchen has full refrigerator and freezer. Very comfortable bed.

Breakfast is "bagged", so it's all packaged stuff. Rates seem extremely volatile and random. I stayed there twice: the first night was $69 plus tax, so a great value. A few nights later, I stayed there again and was quoted a rate in the $120s. I ended up going through a third party and getting it for $90 plus tax.

Good motel for the able bodied. Avoid if you are disabled in any way.

Size of room. Cleanliness. Courteous staff.

ADA compliant room did not have seating to enable someone unable to stand to take a shower. Coffee service was mediocre at best. Hot water was available downstairs but no tea bags.

Had found hair on the tub before it was used. Double check your cleaning habits, things can get over looked when your in a hurry.

Bed was comfy. The single staff member we encountered was very friendly and professional and seemed truly sorry the the lobby coffee machine was out of order.

In 302, broken light above the desk, room was 62 degrees upon entering - way too cold even in this heat - and no basket in the coffee maker, so no in room coffee. Which was ok, coz the water was sorta nasty tasting. Also, only bagged breakfast option (due to the virus) ...but coffee machine in the lobby was out of order also. Pretty disappointing.

Great location as there is a fantastic view of the city.

The breakfast unfortunately was not available due to Covid 19 restrictions. However, If it was anything like the quality of sleep I got here, I bet it would have been superb.

I wish that we could have had more time to enjoy the amenities like the pool. I'm not sure if the pool is even available for enjoyment at this time.

Simple suite and comfortable stay.

I was surprised to see a full-sized refrigerator. Everything was comfortable and nicely kept. I did not eat breakfast.

The coffee machine in the breakfast area was leaking, so I didn't get any coffee.

Keep looking, anywhere else has got to be better!

Convenient location

Stained bedspread! Yuck!!! I reserved king room disability I was given double no disability, so I had to climb over tub for shower , and recently had hip procedure. No true breakfast! Ban has lifted , breakfast needs to return . Too light at night in room. Water pressure for toilet and shower is horrible. Too much road noise. Worst place I have ever stayed at and I travel almost weekly. Glad I only booked one night.
