Disappointed, had too high expectations

Staff were very friendly, from convenience store in casino, casino staff, to housekeeping and check-in/checkout. I had an issue with the mini bar and check-in staff quickly helped.

I requested a quiet room, if possible. We had rowdy loud people not only on the same floor that we could hear all night until 4a.m., but the connecting room guests were super loud, drunk, and up until 4a.m. This was a get-away for my husband and I who rarely can do this. The entire hotel room smelled like marijuana when we checked-in, and you could smell it the entire stay. No refrigerator! Huge let-down. Beds were so-so. Entire resort smelled like one big ash tray. I had no idea smoking was permitted (my fault), but I'm a non-smoker so it was disgusting to smell it the entire stay and in the casino. Restaurant, The Bistro, HUGE let-down. Food was very over-priced, which I was fine with, until we actually ate it. Quality was 5 out of 10, if that. Very very disappointing experiencing all around.

1. not one soft pillow. 2. much of the food on the buffet was dry from sitting too long 3. NO CABLE TV!!!!!

The stay was excellent!

The entire resort was beautiful! Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I would say we had was the smoking in the casino. The restaurant we ate in was reasonable and food was great!

My daughters birthday trip

The staff was friendly and helpful and accommodated our needs. Since my mom booked the trip for my 21st birthday present. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. A special thanks to Helen for all her help. We loved that everything was in one place. The food was amazing. The casino was fun, our first time and we won $. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

No complaints about our trip. ☺️

Great experience exceeding my expectations! Beautiful resort!

The casino is somewhat secluded, which is great! I'm not a gambler. I wanted to enjoy the comfort and the ambiance of the luxurious accommodations of the resort's king suite and I was not disappointed. Excellent experience the room had beautiful hardwood floors, amazing amenities , comfortable bed, and furnishings. I enjoyed the fitness center as well it has plenty of modern equipment and free weights! Overall great place to visit. My new getaway spot!

Only thing maybe a mini fridge you can use in the rooms. I really have no complaints about the accommodations.

Reasonable room rates, nice rooms and facilities, great food at onsite restaurants but pricey

Property was top notch. Room was clean and spacious. Restaurants on site had great food though somewhat pricey.

Being a casino, the clientele were a bit shady.

the room was awesome, top notch and very clean. Also the restaurants in the casinos were very convenient and great.

it would be great if they had balcony's in some of the rooms and if they do I didn't know of any.

Wonderful Stay In The Poconos.

I loved the Spa, the pool, the restaurants! Everything is in one awesome location. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and curtious. I would definitely return.

I wish the pool was open later than 8:00 pm.

Had a very enjoyable visit and will be going again.

The room was very comfortable and clean - the restrooms on the casino floor were very clean as well. A very nice resort overall.

There could be more quick dining options like a small food court - somewhere you can grab and go for a quick sandwich or bagel and coffee.

Mt. Airy is an excellent place to stay!

The rooms were clean and the layout was relaxing. Every staff member, from bartenders to front desk to servers to dealers, were extremely friendly.

We were there during NFL Playoffs and could NOT get the game on our tv! I wanted to watch the game from the comfort of our room, not at the sports bar with rowdy people.

The amenities, the staff, and the options. I was completely satisfied and so was my girlfriend who was celebrating her birthday.

EVERYTHING! I would encourage you to invest money in a better cigar option!!!!

I celebrated my 50th birthday with family & friends & everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I loves the room,

I loved most things about Mount Airy Resort & Casino. The rooms were very clean & modern. The pool / pool area was great. The food in the pool area was the best food of all the restaurants. The pool staff & cook were pleasant & happy to cook & serve us. The majority of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

The front desk person at the spa could use an attitude adjustment. She has zero personality and was borderline rude. Same goes for the female that was in charge of valet when we checked out. She was rude both to the valet workers & patrons. There was no Starbucks in the resort as advertised which was a bummer because all 9 of us are coffee drinkers.

The restaurant Noodles 88 was amazing.. The food was delicious and Bing our waiter is phenomenal. The food at Guy Fieri's was tasty and the staff were friendly. The pool is very nice although there is no way the heated water temp is 84 as described. It's closer to 72 to 74 to be honest. The casino sucks.. Too noisy.. The smoking is killer.. Nasty.. Ashes on the machines.. Machines glitching.. Set very high to win.. Not a good casino place compared to others in PA. The spa was overrated and too expensive... All of the prices are ridiculous. Do yourself a favor.. Save your bucks.. Look elsewhere and go to a 5 star amazing resort.. This place was not worth the money.

No small talk.even from the front desk check in people..no warm and fuzzy feelings from a customer service perspective at as all. The valet staff were very good.. Thank you to them! Oh yeah, the lake front room we paid extra to see.. Wtf? .. It's a man made hole in the ground.. Not attractive at all.. We asked the staff.. Where's the lake upon looking out our window.

this isn’t a resort, it’s a smelly casino with rooms.

the hotel room was clean. the hotel staff was fine.

the crack heads staying there, the cigarette smell, the restaurants were completely awful. service at restaurants were disgustingly discriminatory. not worth the money. would not come back. sharps container in the bathroom was really uncomfortable.

Superb

Our stay was excellent! Arrived early and rented a cabana by the pool. We relaxed poolside and enjoyed the nice weather until our room was ready. Staff was very nice and accomodating. We had dinner at Guy Fieri's and the food was outstanding! Ended the night with a little gambling and drinks. This was our first time at Mount Airy but we will definetly be returning in the future.

Beautiful 3 days at Mt Airy, will return

Great facilities, interesting for it being “adults only” why was a family with 2 children 4 and maybe 6 in the pool yesterday when we were there, seems they don’t enforce the adults only, or certain people get preferential treatment?

Handicapped parking filled practically all the time, that could be expanded, that’s a minor issue, overall great experience
