It was great had one staff that was rude but other than that everyone was nice and it was clean and fun. Great location

Choose a different unit if more than 4 people are staying

The location, and amenities

The pullout bed needs to be replaced. We had 6 people with us so two had to use the pullout but we ended up going to Walmart and buying a air mattress. THE PULLOUT IS NOT USEABLE! Needs to be replaced immediately. Needs to have actual pots and pans for a family to use. Oven needs to be cleaned desperately. Will not stay in the unit again.

Vile, rude, disgusting room staff due to their own ineptitude finally providing us with towels the following day (late)

Beautiful facility, close to everything.

The staff was appalling and the room was not very clean. specifically the bathroom.

pool and beach are great at ocean Walk Resort

Appartment 1305 was really dirty and we didn‘t feel comfortable at all. staff was not really helpful and nothing happened after we complained and asked for an extra cleaning

Excellent location on the beach, love the hotel itself, friendly staff

Washing machine was broken and they couldn’t get it fixed until the day before we left, air didn’t work for the majority of the time, tv didn’t work in the bedroom.

Dirty beds! Angry owner

The view.

The room had dirty beds and sheets that had love stains and blood all over them! And called the owner and she yelled at me that I had 1 extra kid with me and was threatening to charge me 200 bucks extra. The next day she brought new sheets that were just as disgusting I had to go to Wal-Mart to buy sheets!!!!

Great Location

Location was awesome. View from the condo was amazing. Pools were wonderful. The customer service at check in was very friendly & took care of any issues immediately & answered all our questions.

The condo inside was very outdated & needs some updating.

Great place to bring the kids. There is a lot of things to do for families in the area and plenty of restaurants to choose from all within walking distance. The resort itself was nice, the elevators are slow but there is not much you can do about that. Overall I would stay there again.
