Centralized location for my needs. Comfortable sleeping arrangements.

A/C had issues in the room with holding lower temperature.

It’s beautiful place but this time not so much

Two King Beds!! Soooo comfortable! Room was bigger than we expected and VERY clean. Had our own little patio with sliding glass door. And a little living area with sofa and TV. I would definitely stay here again.

Shower was small, and the shower curtain kept touching me while I was showering. Kind of grossed me out. No microwave in room

The hotel was beautiful and intimate. Staff saw super friendly.

Everything was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was so kind. The property and facility is beautiful.

There was not a trash can in the room but we got that sorted out very quickly.

I liked the decor and the unique layout of the hotel. I liked the buffet and being introduced to the delicious Monte Crisco. The staff was great. My fiance had a medical emergency when we arrived and the front desk attendant was great about calling 911 and getting us all checked in so we didn't have to worry about it when we returned from the hospital.

From the description of the room, I was under the impression that all the rooms faced a courtyard. I was disappointed to find out my room faced the parking area. I was looking forward sitting on the patio and viewing the courtyard. We didn't even use the patio because of this.

The air didn’t work in the room. I adjusted it a couple times and thought I’d give it time to adjust. Went to dinner when returning saw the temp went up! I went to the front desk to say something about it after a couple other guests on the same side of the hotel had said they were moving rooms because air wasn’t working. The woman at desk gave me new room keys on the complete other side of the hotel. I went to that room to adjust air before going to my original room to gather my stuff and move it. I walked ALLLL THE WAY to the new room and neither key worked. I had to go alllll the way back to get it figured out. The front desk lady gave me them back after she did whatever she didn’t do the first time and I walked alllll the way back to try them again. Get in room. Determine air works and have to walk allllll the way back to opposite side to get my stuff and move it. So I had planned a two day stay with my boyfriend and i had already made multiple trips to get my stuff to the room when I checked in. Now I have to pack it all back up and take it all back down to my car and drive on other side of hotel and so does my boyfriend. It’s already hot AF in that room and then all the up, down, over, up, drive to complete other side and unloading it all over again was not how I expected to spend my first night there. Once I get all things moved to new room and start unpacking I walk into bathroom and the floor has clearly not been swept because it’s all sticking to my feet and I found that very disgusting and I also found a stress squeeze ball or dog toy? under the bathroom vanity which clearly tells me it wasn’t cleaned. The patio had no screen door and I def requested a inner courtyard view and got a tree branch covered view of an unkept work in progress. Granted things happen but for $400 I wouldn’t expect to have this much inconvenience.

The staff was great the room was very clean and comfortable

TV is too close to the bed and they didn't offer a cheaper breakfast. The lighting in the room and bathroom were absolutely horrible definitely an older crowd staying there and we need to be able to see

Room Looked & smelled fresh and updated. Bed was the perfect balance of not too firm and not too soft. Property was clean and staff was helpful.

The person who checked me in added a extra 100 dollars on my account just in case if there were any damages or issues and when I was checking out the next morning the day staff was checking in a guest and she charged him the regular price what I was supposed to pay and he didn't have the extra 100 dollars added to his bill just in case if he was going to have damages or issues I felt that was unfair and I witnessed the whole transaction I felt that I was discriminated by the night staff like I was a young and wild teenager that was going to disrespect the property I'm a 60 year young respectful man lol 😆

The staff was super friendly. They went above and beyond.

The room was nice.

The pool area was just sad and cold, not worth the money at all! There were funerals going on while we were trying to enjoy a night in the pool it was very off-putting! I went to get Starbucks in the lobby, and they didn't serve any drinks except basic coffee. The Starbucks sign should be removed because of how pathetic it was. 15$ a person for a sad pathetic breakfast. Absolutely ridiculous and not worth the money I spent. Also had some food door dashed so I didnt have to leave my room and I ended up having to get it from the main lobby anyway because they wouldn't let the dasher come up! Very disappointing!

Front desk staff was attentive and "On The Ball" Kayla was instrumetal in working out a Booking Problem

There was no hot water for showering Restaurants were Understaffed and did the best they could to overcome this major problem.

Nothing

You guys did not do something right because in their system we was not booked & Mr & my family & kids was UNABLE to stay! I want my money back asap!
